    Been running on very little sleep. I'm wondering if that could be adding to the weight gain/constipation. Could also be related to the antibiotics I'm taking for the surgery I had last Thursday. Also, the stress and swelling from the surgery could be impacting everything. Therefore, I'm trying not to be overly concerned about the weight gain.

    @justgirl81 hmmm. Good point. Last year my doc put me on a vit D/calcium citrate supplement. I haven’t been great at all taking them - could that be why? I never made a connection!
    My next appt is early April so I will find out then too!

    CeeBee, I think that's something that may benefit you to research. From my own research I've read much about vitamin D and it's correlation to depression, anxiety, thyroid function, and so much of the body's health harmony.

    Primal Movement Cardio - Amoila Cesar (25min)+ Jumprope & Turkish Getup Training (amoila) - A ton lower intensity - and Awesome. Back has been hurting for weeks….finally got in some Physical therapy last night and that seems to have helped.

    Weather - in the 70's. Little weather notification on my desktop says windy. Sure beats 30's. Back in Iowa, Wed. they are supposed to get a blizzard.

    Mom's latest Dr report stated that her EF# is up from 25% to 35%. and her BNP is down to 300
    Great numbers - super thankful. She has started Entresto - perhaps that is why the numbers are improving at the moment. She has a severe/moderate leakage and the hope is that Entresto will reduce that as well. So thankful to the Lord.

    Hi! I had trouble for the last few days finding the group - I had to find a back door way to get in! Great news about your mom Sherry and I’ll know more about my vit D levels soon.

    Caregiving taking its toll but I’m 4 pounds away from goal weight. Will try to keep my eyes on that!
