    Hi everyone,

    So I'm sharing some of "my beefs" with the new editor here on MFP:

    1. Can no longer use bb code. (No more colors, underlining, centering, etc.)
    2. Can no longer save drafts of posts.
    3. Can no longer preview before posting.
    4. Paragraph spacing is kinda dumb (and unnecessary).on boards and should be optional.
    5. Trying to tag other members with "@username" doesn't always work and sometimes takes several tries. Other features are also only sporadically reliable.
    6. These..."enhancements" aren't.
    7. If it ain't "broke", don't FIX it.

    I will try to find where to post this for the MFP administrators ("Technical Issues", maybe?).

    I might be able to find out how to get around some of these things. If I do, I'll make sure to share here.

    Thanks for reading this! I should really go to bed now because I'm supposed to wake up at 5:45am (which will feel like 4:45am. On the plus side of "springing forward", Boston was still light at 6:30pm!

    Hi everyone! I bought myself a pot of tulips at Whole Foods yesterday to cheer myself up. They were $6.99 but worth it. They are opening now and they are a very soft, deeper pink color.

    My spirits have lifted a bit. The news is so depressing, I'm thinking of avoiding it completely for awhile. I'm a stress eater and when I get anxious I feel absolutely RAVENOUS! NOT GOOD!

    So. the colonoscopy results: They removed one polyp, but it was very small. Results for that in about two weeks. Everything else looked good.

    Having a little trouble keeping calories below 1,450 because I fasted for almost two full days, but I'm getting back into my wellness routine now.

    It's a bit cooler here in Boston today (we're only at 41°right now) but it's less breezy. I didn't go out today. Not many steps so far but I'll try to pick it up during the work week.

    Hiya,

    It’s been an okay week so far despite starting it off with a bad headache that kept me off work for a couple of days. I had physio tonight and my restrictions for work have been increased as the new work project we have going on is exacerbating my injury (torn muscle in my shoulder from a fall at work 2 years ago). I did manage to lose the weight I put on last week and the rest of the week looks promising.

    One of my goals this week is to make some omelette egg bites and pasta salad to have a more nutritious lunch at work. I generally eat cereal for lunch because I am busy and it is easy.

    Good morning,

    Yesterday I did what I had hoped by making omelette egg bites and pasta salad. I also managed to clean the kitchen and bathroom. Hooray for a NSV!


    Today I am visiting my mom and doing some shopping. I have to buy cookies for work for a birthday celebration. I am in a good place with food right now and not heavily tempted to eat said cookies…lol. Just lightly tempted but I do know I won’t eat any.

    Hi everyone,

    My weight is NOW 161.8 as of this morning - Oh, NOoooo! I hit a "bump in the road" and "fell off the wagon"; so today I decided to hit "RESET" by deleting all my previous weight entries and updated my starting weight to TODAY, April 4, 2025.

    I had to scale back my social networking a bit because I've been getting a little overwhelmed; so I'm going to jump off some of the boards I had joined in order to regain some time and hopefully improve my focus.

    I am definitely staying with THIS group though! I am in it for the long haul and plan to stay with it until at least June 20 - the FIRST day of SUMMER! 🌞

    Very best wishes to all on your own, personal "Wellness Journey"! I will post my weight here every week and will post before/after stats (from March 20th and again for June 20th) both on the weigh-in discussion board and on the stats discussion board.

    Hi all,

    I have finally gotten back to walking now that the weather is a little better. I have also reserved swim time at the pool tomorrow morning and Wednesday morning.

    I am looking forward to it. Once it gets even warmer I bought an inflatable hot rob to soak in. Can’t wait!
