I'm back from vacation and very happy to say that the extra walking I did every day (soooo much more than in my regular life) appears to have countered all the food I ate.

@lauren_989 We went to Spain. 2 days in Madrid, 3 days each in Valencia and Barcelona. We often just had tapas at a market, shared a couple, and then moved on. We ate dinner so late we were motivated not to eat much! Lots and lots of walking. Losing on vacation is a first for me!

Whew! It was a busy day back at work after having a 3 day weekend. I got to visit family yesterday, and we grilled steaks! Super yummy.
Back to eating like I should and will go to body pump class tonight after work.

Like you, @lauren_989, weigh in on Monday morning after our family get together was not where I wanted it to be. To answer your question, I just go back into my “routine” meals and log, log, log. Sure enough, the needle on the scale started back down.2 -
Today was a good day and I was able to get out for a walk/run before the storms came! My 5k training plan is going well and I am feeling stronger! 🏃🏼♀️
My back is a little sore from body pump yesterday, so I will see how it feels and see if I can go back tomorrow night. Otherwise, I will use the elliptical or go for a walk.
The rest of the day is relaxing and I will either crochet or read. Maybe both!
