Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Weigh in Monday!
First off I just want to say that I found out that I have thryoid antibodies, which translate to I don't need to eat Gluten. So, with that being said I really tried to not eat any gluten and stick to my diet. Here are my results, and I am shocked!!!!!
Beginning Weight: 270
4.28.25 - 261.4
5.5.25 - 256.4 13.6 lost total
Hopefully I will stay on track!

I keep having issues going lowcarb instead of keto. The cravings come back and in no time my eating spins out of control. I guess it's back to keto..

I have been busy this week. Yesterday was a full day at work and then I had a dinner meeting (which always run late). I have been walking every day on lunch this week which always is a nice way to break up the day, especially since it's been sunny and warm! After work today, I was able to get out for my walk/jog before the storms rolled in.

I twisted my ankle last Saturday and have been resting it this week. It has not been hurting today so I plan to go for a longer walk tomorrow. I miss my walks when not able to do them.

@RunawayCurves I hope your ankle is feeling better! Don't push yourself too hard at first and make it worse again.
My zucchini and tomatoes have shot up! My onions are doing well too. The peppers got started later, so they have some catching up to do! Does anyone else garden?

Surprised and disappointed to see a gain of 1.2 pounds today.
I was so shocked that I thought I saw the number wrong and weighed myself again and was in disbelief when I saw the same number again. Then I thought it must be the batteries or since I'm usually the only one who uses my scale regularly my family member who used it before me must've done something to it, lol!
Weighed myself yesterday and I was in the 147 range and tried to make some good decisions yesterday with my food choices even when on day trip outing. I didn't snack on junkfood. I walked twice for a total of 1 hour and 7 minutes. I had a salad for dinner at a restaurant and I don't overly enjoy salads and I resisted ordering dessert even though I was craving the brownie dessert. I know weight goes up and down for many reasons, some out of my control but still bummed about the gain today but I'm going to try to look at the big picture.
Even though I have been trying to lose weight for about 22 years and go up and down big and small amounts over the years, my overall big picture is:
Down 21.2 pounds from my highest weight in 2016.
Only need to lose 8.8 pounds to be 30 pounds down from my highest weight.

@inshapeCK The scale can be frustrating at times. As you said, there are normal fluctuations based on what you ate, water, exercise, and hormones. That is awesome you are down 21.2 pounds! Keep up the great work!
