.4 is almost .5 which is what we are striving for.

went back to physical therapy today.

Working on balance and strength and building bone density. It’s now or never. I am 72, hypothyroid, pre-diabetic, hypertensive, glaucoma, high cholesterol and triglycerides. I have to reverse whatever can be reversed while I still can.

I forgot to weigh in this morning. The holiday tricked me into thinking it was Sunday. Nice job on the loss, Cat!

What should we do to get fired up again?

yesterday I threw a surprise party for my oldest grandson who just graduated homeschool highschool and is headed to college in August. 16 people for lunch and I overindulged plus ate 3 desserts. Now I am scared to weigh tomorrow

Spent the night in NH after attending a party for my 6 year old great nephew. I had ice cream twice. I'll try to remember to weigh in tomorrow.

i am going to try some chair yoga I found on youtube. I miss the elliptical machine I had to sacrifice in the downsize. I admit it was the only exercise I liked. I need to find sonething else I like or I wont stick to it.

Yep. You've got to like it or else it feels like torture. We are so far behind here. I finally planted veggies in the garden yesterday. I was so dirty and tired at the end of it, that I had to miss my yoga class. I love walking and yoga - strength train not so much.

Did you enjoy the chair yoga?

chair yoga was hard, but it held my interest. I will do it again tomorrow. I miss my garden since we moved into our geezer home, but we are walking distance of a great farmers market

i have challenged myself to exercise 60 minutes minimum for 7 days in a row. Will see if I can summon the gumption to do it

You CAN do it! Do some walking, a little yoga, lift a few weights and you're at 60 minutes!
