@Cornanda Thank you! I know that you understand how hard it can be to care for someone with dementia. Yeah, my job/church issues are complicated, but I am putting Joe first, which makes the tough talks easier. We have our big 75th anniversary planned for the end of the month, and I’m not going, so they will have to figure out the details all by themselves. I will of course order their chicken so they don't starve! 😃 That is so awesome that you love your new garage gym. My home gym is truly one of my happy places. I hope you get rain and can enjoy time with your kids. I to have champagne taste on a beer budget! 😉

@19shmoo69 Who is your favorite Duck family member? I gotta go with Uncle Si of course! That dude is insane! 🤣 We also love Duck Family Treasure, which follows Jase and Jep Robertson, along with their friend Murray. They use metal detectors to search for historical artifacts and buried treasures. Watching how excited they get when they dig up their treasure is great fun. 😃

@Katmary71 Yeah, Lewy Body is an ugly disease, but now that I see how much he fits ALL the symptoms, I’ve already gained so much more understanding about what is happening and where we are going. I am always one who wants the cold hard facts and I'm getting them. ☹️ I’m glad the walk went well. I love that you brought themed colored food! Yikes on locking your keys in your car! That totally sucks but I’m glad you were able to get a hold of you brother to call AAA. You must have been so upset with yourself. 😖 I choose Tuesday for my weigh-in because that is my sister’s day, and it’s easier to plan our splurges. 😁

@trooworld Ohhhh girl, I know about that toilet pain! 😆I keep vowing that I will never stop lifting so my butt won’t ever hurt that bad again. But I never keep the vow!! 😩 Look at you! You are the incredible shrinking lady!! I love it so much for you. ♥️

Good morning! We had a rough night with Joe and his dreams. Sometimes he sleeps like the dead; other nights it’s a full-blown party of bad dreams. We got up early, and he is feeling extra fragile and needy. I’m taking today off from working out, which makes my muscles happy. I have a Walmart order coming soon, but I’m unsure what I will do for dinner. It’s always annoying when all you have are ingredients and have to put them together to make a meal. 😆

QUESTION: You wake up this morning, knowing you un/intentionally over-ate yesterday.

    1. How do you feel? If it was a planned indulgence, then I own it and move on. If instead it is a willful disobedience to my plan, then I’m mad at myself.
    2. What are your thoughts? My thoughts are to repent and forgive myself and move on. I’ve learned that beating myself up over my poor choices doesn’t do any good. Not always as easy as it sounds.
    3. What will you do? I get back to doing what I need to do.

    Hi 👋

Yesterday was a hot and miserable day. I pretty much hate anything over 80 and it was almost 90°, lol… I am the definition of a fair weather person. It's cooling down a bit today, low 80's instead of upper 80's.

I need to start logging my food again. I was doing for awhile, but slacked off. I've been eating sweets again, even though it's making my stomach upset.

"Have an odd question what made you pick your weigh in day? Why are YOU a Monday or Friday weigh-in?"

I chose Wednesday because years ago, the first time I did WW, my weigh in was Tuesday evening at the meetings. So, Wednesday morning just felt "right".

@txcritter69 I started 1.0 last week. When I was in the hospital I had 2 0.5 left and had to skip a week. I started again when I got out, a week behind and had side effects. I started 1.0 last week and I was a little tired, but that didn't last, but a day or so. In my opinion, if you are losing weight, stay there until you need to increase. I'm not a dr though, so definitely talk to your dr.

    Y'all have a great day 😀

    Monday Check in:

📥 Days without eating after dinner: 23!

    ✅ Positive Improvement Week!

    Starting Weight: 214.7

    Previous Week: 204.8

    Current Weight: 203.5

    —————————-
    Why did I pick Monday?

No real reason, just thought it would make sense to start the week!

QUESTION: You wake up this morning, knowing you un/intentionally over-ate yesterday.

These answers are really different now that I have had 23 consecutive days without bingeing. Surprisingly, they are way more gentle/forgiving/calm

    1. How do you feel?  I have some regret, but I give myself grace because I'm a human and I'm not perfect. I feel happy to be alive and have great friends, a great husband*, an awesome dog, an awesome house, a great career, and it's just nice to go outside and look at the beautiful sky and trees.
    2. What are your thoughts?I give my "inner child" a big hug and say, it's okay buddy, don't feel bad! You're not in trouble! We're going to have a great day today! Look how beautiful the world is! Look at the moon, the stars, the sun, the forest, the fields! You're part of all this beauty. Let's talk about all the progress you made, the 23 consecutive days you did, the 10 years of failed attempts before that - you've always been trying, you never gave up, you're a really strong person!
    3. What will you do?lift my head high and smile! take a deep breath and plan a great day for myself with some fellowship, friendship, work, fun, and rest.

*I still need to introduce myself, but I'll share that I am gay and have a husband! Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

Hello to the newbies, welcome back to old friends and a Good Day to everyone else! First, my intro: My name is Jennifer and I’m a single 51 year old living in beautiful Southwest Michigan, right on the Lake (throw a stone across the Lake and you’d hit Chicago). I have an American Blue rabbit (her name is Kismet). I have 3 children in their 20s and 5 grandchildren (the oldest turned 2 in April). I go by Grammy since I consider them to be my Grammy Awards 😊

I love to rubber stamp (I’m a Stampin’ Up demo) and make cards. I'm an active member of my church, and also love horror movies. I have worked in Community Development at my County for over 20 years.

I have always been a yo-yo dieter, but mostly up. I have 55 pounds to lose (goal is 155). I am, by nature, a Negative Nancy, but I am trying to stay focused and positive. I see my therapist biweekly and he’s been a tremendous help with understanding that my ADHD causes me to be a dopamine chaser…both with food and acquiring things. Right now, I’m stuck in a Catch-22: I need a stimulant ADHD med, but can’t be on it cuz of high blood pressure (yes, I have meds for that). I have to lose weight to get the blood pressure back under control. The stimulant med would curb my appetite, but…can’t take it cuz of the BP. I’m a mess LOLs

OK…there was my super late intro for June. My cataract surgery was successful. I’m now 20/20 in my left eye. I already was 20/20 in my right eye, so I just need readers. HUGE problem, tho. I’m so used to glasses with bifocal readers, that I absolutely HATE the back and forth of putting readers on, taking them off, putting them on. Frankly, it’s a bunch of BS. So I’m going to see about getting bifocals with just the readers in them. In the meantime, I’m still wearing my old glasses so there’s no transition issues.

I’ve been super busy with my Grammy Awards…kept Oliver (16 months old) Friday morning to Sunday evening while his mother went on a camping trip. He’s perfect, but exhausting. Byron’s 2nd Birthday was yesterday and his sister’s 1st Birthday is tomorrow. Lots of behbeh activities. But managed to sneak in some movie time, too. @bobboyardee – have you watched Dangerous Animals yet? One word review: Nailbiting!!! And it's about time for your total intro, my buddy!

Been thinking about some changes I need to make. I did my usual 1 pound of beans yesterday for the week – Rancho Gordo Yellow Eye Beans. Creamy deliciousness. Having some for lunch with carrots, brown & wild rice, and avocado. Not sure what dinner will be cuz I’ll be watching my husband on the big screen (Ballerina) LOLs. I’m going to start daily weighing and tracking to see what affects me the most.

@micaroo4 – If you remember to, please keep me accountable for the tracking with a nudge here and there.

@baodell17724 – Thank you for sharing your journey! What an inspiration! And thanks for the skinny cocktails list :) LOLs on the rower escapades.

@trooworld – WOOT WOOT on the water intake and what awesome measurement decreases! You are looking FABULOUS!

@Katmary71 – Hugs. Sorry about your roommate.

My Mantra: 2025 is MY year!

    WEIGH IN UPDATE
Reminder TO Weigh In Tomorrow To
    @FushiaKat @TeresaW2024

@vegan4lyfe2012 I'll go leave a note to have your weigh-in day moved to Friday. Want to weigh in for the week on Friday instead of today or skip Friday and keep today then go to Friday the week after? The current "weigh in" week is June 8- June 14 and the next one is June 15- June 21st so if you weigh in today and on Friday it's twice for the same week.

@trooworld What ’s sad is I still know childhood friend’s numbers but next to none now! LOL don’t worry about the periods and extra spaces. When I don’t use Word it adds 5 lines wherever I had an empty line like between comments then smashes two words together in every row, no clue why that is. Yay for having a lot of energy! What a difference in the before and after you look great and thinner all over!

@AustinRuadhain Oh no I ’m sorry about your post disappearing I hate that! Thanks! What book are you reading for the club? I’m glad you and your son found some good clothes thrifting and spent some good quality time together. Poor deprived kitties go feed them and add a couple treats!

@TeresaW2024 Poor Joe I hope he ’s able to shake the bad dream feelings.

@DrewsAnna I ’m so glad Wegovy has gone well for you and you haven’t had many issues.

@bobboyardee Oh you ’re so close to Onederland wtg! I love your answer to overindulging I think you had very smart answers. Congrats on the husband, Happy Pride Month!

@vegan4lyfe2012 Your beans sound delicious as does your lunch ! Thank you. Love the Chat GPT positive affirmations those are great!

Hi team! I’m on early, have HOA stuff to do tonight. I got up this morning to get the mushroom bags turned into kits to take to the farm. I had some of another volunteer’s and half of them molded unfortunately, I took three in with my four so hopefully we’ll have a lot of mushrooms soon. I put stickers on the ones that may turn moldy and they’re in a Martha tent by themselves. I picked green beans, harvested dill seeds, and reclipped cucumbers to the string trellis then came home to eat. I went to CVS and the grocery store. At the store I saw a man who is a raw fruit grower who said he’d come to the community garden and give us advice on our fruit trees so I nailed down a time for him to come. He’s the one who donated the dragon fruit plant I won that I’m planning to grow there. Not much else going on need to get caught up on work and spend time in the yard around some HOA stuff. Have a great Monday night and Tuesday!

@txcritter69 wow , huge congratulations to you both on 29 years!!  I'm so happy to hear that Wegovy is so helpful for you!

@trooworld so sorry to hear about your friend .   I have never heard of an exertion headache, that sounds brutal!  I find the stairs at our gym can be the worst part of my workout, especially on leg day🤣.  I have never heard of lavash bread, is it good?  That pizza recipe looks good!  OMG!! What a difference with your pictures! Are you finding it easier on your body now?

@TeresaW2024 awwww poor Maggie and poor you with the thunderstorm . Growing up on the prairies, we have huge boomers, I think I just got used to them as a little child. Many dogs (and people ) here are really terrified by all the noise. With both of my dogs, I did training with them since the moment I got them to desensitize them to the sound of thunderstorms. They are like me now, we all snore soundly when those boomers hit.  Good for you on the weight training!!  I am so very sorry you're going through that with Joe, how could he not love you big time♥️!!!

@Cornanda wow ! A gym in your garage! That sounds awesome!!

@Katmary71 what a day !!!  I'm sorry your roommate moved out.

I didn't respond to all that I had intended to, I am starting to run out of steam lol. It was a super fun weekend, the weather was crazy Saturday was cold and windy Sunday was boiling hot. Had a lot of fun between going to the Agility event, my grandkids soccer tournaments and a wedding shower out at the farm. I went through a full tank of gas from Thursday to Sunday🤣. Great day today, got a spin class in, brunch with a friend shopping done a big long walk with the dogs first thing in the morning and then I took them for a run early this afternoon. The scale shows I put on a pound, I think it could be the quality of food that I ate this weekend i.e. lots of salt. My grandkids had the day off school today and asked if they could come over. I was a really bad grandma and said no not today. I have been with them all weekend, my house looks like a bomb went off in it, and I just need to slow down for a day and gather myself back together lol. Food was back on track today, I always have such a hard time tracking when I'm eating out and making it up.   I try to make good choices, but who knows what is lurking in god when you are out and about.

I hope everybody had a great day!

@AustinRuadhain Woo hoo ! Congrats on the loss! Thank you! My husband is a good friend, he is very supportive. Hahaha the flex was for the future: I want to compare it to how I look in a couple of months! :) The lavash pizza hit the spot and the new breakfast is really good. That was a good idea to look at the menu ahead of time at the book club place. You made a plan and enjoyed the conversation--- congrats! Good job with the exercise. Good idea to "gamify" your walks. I get badges for my strength training workouts through the Jefit app that I love. I'm glad you got some son time. Cool that you fixed the spot on the shirt with a Sharpie! I've done that to a black shirt I got toothpaste on.

@TeresaW2024 hahahaha ! Thank you! I appreciate the support. I'm sorry about the bad night. I hope last night was better. What did you figure out for dinner? Congrats on the loss!

    @DrewsAnna Ugh 90 , that is hot!

@bobboyardee Woo hoo ! Way to go with the no eating after dinner! And congrats on the loss! HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!!!! 🏳️‍🌈

@vegan4lyfe2012 I'm glad your cataract surgery went well . You must be seeing so much better! Yay for behbeh activities. I love the positive affirmations, thanks for sharing. "Slip-ups are detours, not dead ends." WOOT! Thank you!!! I am happy with how things are going!

@Katmary71 Wow , I am impressed you know a childhood friend's number still! Who knows about the formatting issues? I guess they'll never figure it out lol. Thank you! That's too bad about the mushroom kits. I'm glad some are okay. How's the dragonfruit plant doing?

@laurelfit57 Thank you . I will miss her dearly. The exertion headache is awful! The stairs at the gym sucked after working my legs lol. Lavash bread is good, it is very very thin and is whole wheat. It makes a great pizza. Thank you! I am finding things a bit easier...clipping my toenails, I can actually paint my toenails now! Getting up and down from the floor. I'm glad you had a good weekend. Good job with all the exercise! Salt will do it. I bet you'll have that pound off in no time.

Hello all. I made it through the work day yesterday and traffic was light so I was going to do a workout at home but my husband said I should do something light like take a walk to give my body a rest. So, I started out with one of the dogs but she didn't want to walk! I took her home and was going to do a Leslie Sansone video but it involves a lot of knee lifts and mini squats and side steps, all which aggravated my sore muscles. I stopped that and did a stretch video I found on YouTube. It felt good and it was the right pace for what I needed.

    Tracked yesterday? Yes

"Progress over Perfection" is a nice motto, but remember that it's Consistency that actually works. Make sure everything in your plan is sustainable. If it's not, figure out why not, and start tweaking until you can sustain the habit.

Write it before you bite it

Log it before you hog it (or at least take a picture of it so you can log it later).

OMGoodness, @micaroo4 hahahaha! You are cracking me up! Log it before you hog it! Hahahahahaha!

@laurelfit57 - The comment about not knowing what is in food when you are out and about made total sense, even with the typo. I avoid eating in most restaurants because of that. We do have a local smoothie and juice chain whose ingredients I am confident in. I can actually see what they put in, which is nice. Mostly I figure places will add sugar, salt and fat to make things tastier than I would at home. My husband is now being very careful about what oils he eats, and that has made us careful, too.

@micaroo4 - Are you a standup comic in real life? A poet? I love your way with words! "Log it before you hog it!" Hehehehe

@TeresaW2024- Great weigh-in! Way to go, taking care of yourself!

I am both sympathetic with the comments about heat, and a bit envious! It’s hotter where I am. I did a big walk recently where the temp was over 100 by the time I came inside. I have acclimated to 90s (it was 93 when I started) but was ready to slow down when it hit 100. I guess it’s all what you have acclimated to. We had a bout of early heat this year, a bounce from 80s straight to over 100, and were getting warnings about exercise at the time because nobody would have acclimated yet.

    @bobboyardee- Happy Pride Month!

@trooworld - Thank you! I was excited to see the needle move. I did stand on the scale again this morning to see if I was still in that ballpark today, and I was. Phew. Also, thanks for the reminder about Leslie Sansone! I haven’t done one of those in a while. I need to add those back to the rotation!

I am reminded that I need to do more with upper body. I need to go shopping for some weights videos.

General note: When I check in on Slimpossibles in the morning, I am at my home office desk. I love it partly for the birdwatching. This morning’s treat was seeing a red-shouldered hawk. Thjey are beautiful birds, with longish, barred tail feathers. This one landed in the cedar tree right in front of my window and caused a stir. It tried hopping over to the smaller cedar and was then chased away by several blue jays! I knew something big was visiting the yard some mornings, but this is the first time I got a good enough view to be certain of an ID. Here's a picture, with an angle similar to what I saw from my window.

Yesterday was a pretty good day! I made a food plan for the week and went shopping. Since it was late in the day, I bought a bag of shredded cabbage and carrots as a shortcut to make a large salad. I got in a long walk, some stairstepping and a little bit of resistance work (just 10 min: I want to do a little more today). I was also proud that I went through and graded/evaluated a bunch of items for donation, made a record, and got everything taken over to Goodwill.

My new audiobook for walking is Babel by R.F. Kuang. I am looking more to more of it after I finish my coffee. So far, it's a really engaging alternate history.

    Hi 👋

Lol... it got a lot hotter than I thought it was supposed to yesterday. I spent another day sitting under the fan… darn near 90 is just to hot for me. Today, the say, low 80's, but we'll see if they make a liar out of me again.

PT this morning, and then I don't know?

Tomorrow, my second oldest grand beauty is graduating. I'm so excited…. The two oldest grew up so fast, I don't even know how or when it happened.… and I'm a very proud grandmother...

    Y'all have a great day 😀

@trooworld i'm so glad you're listening to your body ! There are some ladies at the gym who work out 5 to 7 days a week, two or three classes each day. They don't give their bodies a chance to rest and then they end up injured and are out for a couple of months. It's good to keep moving, you can do that while your body is resting, you are playing it smart!

@AustinRuadain I honestly don't eat out a ton . Saturday I left my house at 8:30, not getting home until seven. I was at soccer tournaments and an agility match all day, so was dependent on the food trucks.  I sure agree with you on the added sugar salt and fats. Sunday was soccer tournament, Agility match and a bridal shower. I was  just home long enough for a quick shower and get into something decent for the shower. I must admit, I did have a strawberry tart at the shower, it was delicious!

It sounds like you have an absolutely lovely place to check in, that hawk sounds gorgeous! Sounds like you had a great day yesterday.

@DrewsAnna huge congratulations on your grand beauty's graduation !

It was a pretty productive day. I went to the gym and did a barbell class, I upped the weights a little bit, I can feel the stiffness starting to set in already. Definitely going to have a hot soak tonight before I go to bed lol. There are so many fires all over our province that it was really very smoky here today. I take the dogs out for a good walk early in the morning and then a run in a field in the afternoon. When we went out at six this morning there was no smoke at all but when I got out from the gym it was so smoky!! I took Ty to daycare for half a day to get her worn out so I wouldn't have to think about trying to battle that smoke in the afternoon. I do voice to text to make a note here, Ty is not impressed. Ty would like me just to be quiet so she can just go to sleep🤣. We don't have any agility classes this week as our coach is teaching in Alaska :-). I am going to get in an extra weight class on Thursday. I bought a new toy at Costco. It makes soft serve ice cream, sorbet, slushies etc.   I used frozen organic chunks of mango from Costco with a little bit of Splenda and lemon juice. It has made the most delicious sorbet!!  I've got some on the go with frozen sliced strawberries, I hope it's as good as the mango. I am definitely getting the look from Ty so I am going to close off, hope everybody had a great day!

Still in range and we've been eating a lot of take out food. I've been suffering from random extreme tummy cramps I cannot do anything when they strike, and afterwords I feel really weak. I'll talk to my doctor about it next time I see him. Maybe I have a new food allergy. I recently added nuts to my diet maybe that is the cause. I'll stop eating them and see if it makes a difference.

We are taking the Trike back on Thursday, I have a doctor's appointment in the morning with the Rheumatologist for my three-month checkup. I forgot to get the blood work done on Friday, so I went on Monday and today we got the results. Just in time. I found a new Trike I want to buy but they need to work with our local bike shop. I hope they will.

@trooworld - My favorite piece of gym equipment is the recumbent bike. We also have more space to use our weight lifting equipment, which is nice. Wow! your pictures tell the story of your hard work this year—→ surgery, new eating habits, and now new exercise habits- the new era of you! You look terrific!

@AustinRuadhain - Ooooh that's a lotta walking! Go you! Sounds like a nice day with your son. I love watching birds and salad shortcuts are definitely a good idea.

@TeresaW2024 - putting Joe first is exactly what you should be doing. Good for you sticking to your guns on that.

@DrewsAnna - Hope your weather cools down and you can get back to tracking. Congrats on your graduate- time flies

@bobboyardee - 23 days! Go you! And you did a partial intro- wow! 😃

@vegan4lyfe2012 - DH just got himself a pair of transition readers from Amazon for $17, might work for you. They eliminated that sick feeling you get when you look up from your reading with a pair of readers on. Glad your surgery went well.

@Katmary71 - sounds like a good day with your plants. Whatever happened with the community garden mystery? Did I miss it?

@micaroo4 - you are my hero on consistency and you are right, there is no healthy way to eat a donut

@laurelfit57 - that sounds like a nice weekend, but busy and some time to regroup will be good for you. Ty is so cute!

@FushiaKat - I hope you feel better and the trike works out for you

Does anyone have a hack for when you type something on here and weird words pop up? It must be some sort of shortcut thing- I don't even know how I'm doing it, but it's annoying. I'll be halfway through typing a word and gibberish pops up.

We made it to Wednesday people! It's leg day, Ugh…. gotta get going.

Good morning, everyone! I just read all your posts, but don't have the energy to respond. Joe is sick again, and I fear the colitis has returned. We are supposed to get blood work done at his oncologist to check his potassium, but there is a good chance I will take him to the hospital if he doesn't wake up with a marked improvement from yesterday. I feel that our life is heading down an ugly road where words like end-of-life care and hospice are looming. I don't want to leave the Slimpossibles because I care about so many of you, but I also don't want to come here only to talk about my dying husband. I might need to be here less often because the last thing I want is to bring you down when you are all here trying to live your healthiest life. Anyway, if you can send a good thought and/or a prayer my way, you know that I will more than appreciate it. 🙂

@AustinRuadhain That's good you were still in the ballpark . I love the Leslie videos! Do share if you find some good weights videos. Wow, how cool to see the hawk! We live on a canyon and see hawks fighting with crows sometimes. It's always the crows ganging up on the hawks. That's a great angle to see the hawk at. Sounds like you had an excellent day! I have read Babel. I thought it was interesting.

@DrewsAnna That would be too hot for me , too. Congrats to your granddaughter!

@laurelfit57 Thank you ! Yes, I don't need to get injured! Good job with the gym! That's too bad about the fires. Hahahaha Ty is funny! Is your new toy a Ninja Creami? We got one of those several months ago and love it, it can make all sorts of things like that. Ty does look "over it" lol!!!

@Cornanda I like it much better than a regular bike , which hurts my tailbone. That's good you have one for your home gym! Thank you!!! My hack for that is to type in Notepad and copy and paste it into the comment window. Of course, that only works if you are doing this on a computer lol. Good luck with that and with leg day!

@TeresaW2024 I'm sorry Joe is sick again and that you are heading down that road . Please feel free to let it out here, you do not have to disappear. If you want to talk about it, please feel free. I will be thinking good thoughts for both of you and big hugs.

DISCUSSION QUESTION: What’s one food you used to think was “off-limits” that you’ve now found a healthier way to enjoy?
For me, the only thing truly off limits is fried food. I just can't do it because of my surgery. I can do faux fried foods with my air fryer that come out pretty good. Otherwise, I can enjoy everything in moderation!

Hi all. I wasn't feeling well, so I came home early from work. I started feeling better later in the day, so I did a home strength training workout (after all, I said, when traffic was light/when I got home early!). I didn't eat lunch, so I had my leftover salad for dinner. The other day, I was on YouTube and found the below video of an interview with a 72-year-old woman who started bodybuilding at 60! She's incredible. It's worth a watch if you have time. BTW, she's now 73 and still doing bodybuilding. She's such an inspiration!

    Tracked yesterday? Yes

@Cornanda I don't get weird words, I do get weird spacing.

@TeresaW2024 I am so sorry for what you are going through with Joe . I really hope you don't disappear and that this can be a safe place for you to share whatever you want to share. I think about you and Joe often♥️

@trooworld I got the Gourmia . I think is similar to the ninja, but you don't have to do any freezing, you just add your ingredients and it is ready in about 30 minutes. I think the ninja one has better recipes though and I'm going to try some of those :-).  Thank you so much for sharing that video, she truly is inspiring!

The smoke is still so thick here, I hope it lifts tomorrow. We only got about 20 minutes from home when I had to turn around with the dogs, I was feeling sick from the smoke. I tried going on some of the less travelled paths, so beautiful and I was trying to get a picture of the dogs. There were so many birds that there was no way I could get a picture without them looking up🤣. I love Wednesdays, I don't have either Agility or the gym. I did some running around, meal prep and puttering around the house.

Hope everybody had a great day!

here is a picture of my little bird watchers this morning
