JUMP IN June 2025 Challenge

New month knocking on the door, new challenge!
This month's theme came to us a couple years ago courtesy of a member. I liked the idea so much, I decided to use it again. And also, it was already dreamed up, and I'm busy. 😅

JUMP IN June....a motivational challenge? Jump on in, feet first, full steam ahead, make a plan and jump right into it with all your determination, no excuses, just get it done! Make weekly goals, challenges and just jump in and do it! By the end of June, look back at your challenges and see which ones you JUMPED IN and GOT DONE!
Excellent idea!
The challenge starts June 1st. So go ahead and post your goals, whether it be nailing down plan Basics, increasing your fitness, or adopting healthy habits. Anything is fair game as long as it's in pursuit of your health or fitness.
Jump on in!

Hi there!
New to this group and I am looking to meeting others on this health journey.
I began logging all meals, snacks and workouts June 1st. I’ve used this app frequently over the last 7 years. Thought “ I would jump in” . Over the years my health and wellness has changed along with my exercise routine. I have been working out using aquatic workouts since I can no longer use land exercise.
So here is my commitment goals to myself90 minute workout daily
Drinking 64 oz of water daily
Low carb foods
Track all meals & snacks
Implement chair yoga
I might pushing into 60 years old but I’m able to do healthy choices even on vacations.

Two aquatic classes and feeling good at the process I’m making. Staying on track on vacation seems to be much easier when the opportunity of a weekly membership is there. 90 minutes active calories 710! Woot, woot! How’s everyone else feeling so far this week?
