Nice losses this week team!
I am at the beach until Sunday for a conference. Definitely enjoying the evenings!!

I got a good 30-minute workout done this morning. Yesterday, I started deep cleaning the kitchen which was a lot. I'm not done but almost halfway.

@Misty_Putnam94 great job getting to the gym this week! If you worked out more, you are most likely retaining water. This usually takes a few weeks for me to see a drop in weight after starting an exercise routine. Anyone else experience this, too?
We made it back from the beach. Doing laundry and unpacking. Getting ready for work tomorrow. I wish I took tomorrow off lol.
