    I did a 30-minute strength workout from a Leslie Sansone DVD and used 5-pound weights. The DVD alternates cardio with firming 6 days a week so I started today with the firming. I've had the DVD for a while and have done it before but around week 3, I've dropped off with it. This time, I want to do the entire 30 days.

    Whew! This week flew by! Today was a beautiful fall day. We went to the park for a little bit. Got some ice cream and went to some stores. Trying to decide on a light dinner.

    Do you give out candy on halloween? If so, how many trick-or-treaters do you normally get?

    We do at our house! We get around 80 kids or so. This was my favorite thing to do as a kid! My sister and I would look at all our candy together, trade things we didn't like, of course pay the parent tax, and then I would hide my candy and slowly eat it over the next few months. My parents were always like, you still have candy?? 😄

    We don't hand out candy since we live outside of town. I have participated with trunk or treat events at the church.

    Not surprised 🤷🏼‍♀️ I had a huge loss last week (-4.3) and honestly, expected some kind of fluctuation. 91 days until my next cruise and would love to be at my goal weight, 7.6 lbs to go!

    Didn’t quite make my daily goal so I’m going to change it to 6 out of 7 days. Happy that my average is a little over 10k each day 😁
