Run, Walk or Crawl 11/6 through 11/12 (Week 3)

Welcome to the group, friends. Posting this as the first official group week. I know I'm asking a lot (copy, paste), but let's get this week's numbers in this thread!

For me:

11/06 - 10.00 mile run

Total: 10 miles :D

I honestly am not sure I will be able to do anything more as I am working on a potential injury. I don't count my cycling miles (but YOU can!). Might try an elliptical tomorrow.

    Hey thanks a mil for link back to this group. I would had missed it.

    As for me...I decided to set 20 miles = 32 km as the target for this week.

    Day 1 (Sunday 6/11) - 3.5 km
    Day 2 (Monday 7/11) - 6.5 km

    Day 2 (Monday 7/11) - 3 km (yup another 3 km in the evening)

    Day 3 (Tuesday 8/11) - 0 km :cry:

    Doc told me to take it easy for at least a week.....muscle cramp. But I am planning to take off for 2 days. I will be back on Thursday.

    Day 4 - 0 km :sad: :cry: :sad:

    Alright folks :) only did a small amount last night because it was so late and the freaks were out!! (Oh, also, if anyone should ask, YES it is a full moon tonight, no wonder!)

    Sunday: Hiked 2.3 miles
    Monday: Rested! :)
    Tuesday: Hiked 5.2 miles
    Wednesday: Walked/Ran 1.5 miles

    Totaling 9 so far :) I took off Friday and Saturday so I'm hoping that one of Friday I'll get to do some hiking since my son will be at school most of the day. Yayness!

    Sunday 4.27 miles walk/ run and in it to win it!!! Monday 4.10 miles walk run, but mainly walk, sore from yesterday a little Tuesday 1.75 miles walking, maybe more later.

    10.12 miles total

    Sunday: 0
    Monday: 4.5 miles of run/walking = 4.5 total for the week
    Tuesday: 0 Not gonna moan about it because I needed it. 4.5 for the week
    Wednesday: 3.8 miles of running + 1.1 miles of walking = 4.9 miles total = 9.4 miles for the week
  • Tuesday: 8.05 km = 5.00 miles
    Wednesday: 4.01 km = 2.49 miles
    Thursday: 4.52 km = 2.81 miles
    This week's total: 16.57 km = 10.30 miles

    Been a hectic week and haven't been on here other than to log food.

    Sunday - 3.9 miles
    Monday - 4.1 miles
    Tuesday - 3.6 miles

    Monday ran 3.21 miles
    Tuesday ran 3.16 miles
    = 6.37 miles so far for the week.
    I won't make many miles this week due to my half is Sunday. Plan on walking about 3 miles this evening.

    11/7 = 2.3 mi jog, 1.5 mi walk = 3.8 mi
    11/8 = 2.3 mi jog, 2.7 mi walk = 5 mi
    11/9 = 0 mi
    11/10 = 2 mi jog, 1 mi walk = 3 mi

    Total so far = 11.8 mi

    Had to adjust yesterday's total. Had forgotten to add my walk to school and back.

    Hi there, good to see everyone is still hard at it. I haven't done this challenge for the last couple of weeks because I've had other things going on. I plan to start again with you all this Sunday if that's ok.

    I have made a start on the C25K, currently on Week 2, so I am hoping that my miles will be a combination of walking and running instead of just walking :smile:

    I'm at my weekly goal and have 2 more days to better it!
    I actually walk more than this but I don't count the distance when my grandson is also walking. He does pretty well for a 17 month old but it truly is more like a crawl for me! I also tend to round down (ie: 2.2 miles will be counted as 2). Just easier for me!

    I walked 3.1 miles last night so thats....9.38 for the week.
