Welcome to the group, friends. Posting this as the first official group week. I know I'm asking a lot (copy, paste), but let's get this week's numbers in this thread!
For me:
11/06 - 10.00 mile run
Total: 10 miles
I honestly am not sure I will be able to do anything more as I am working on a potential injury. I don't count my cycling miles (but YOU can!). Might try an elliptical tomorrow.

As for me...I decided to set 20 miles = 32 km as the target for this week.
Day 1 (Sunday 6/11) - 3.5 km
Day 2 (Monday 7/11) - 6.5 km
Day 2 (Monday 7/11) - 3 km (yup another 3 km in the evening)
Day 3 (Tuesday 8/11) - 0 km
Doc told me to take it easy for at least a week.....muscle cramp. But I am planning to take off for 2 days. I will be back on Thursday.
Day 4 - 0 km :sad: :sad:0 -
Alright folks only did a small amount last night because it was so late and the freaks were out!! (Oh, also, if anyone should ask, YES it is a full moon tonight, no wonder!)
Sunday: Hiked 2.3 miles
Monday: Rested!
Tuesday: Hiked 5.2 miles
Wednesday: Walked/Ran 1.5 miles
Totaling 9 so far I took off Friday and Saturday so I'm hoping that one of Friday I'll get to do some hiking since my son will be at school most of the day. Yayness!0 -

Sunday 4.27 miles walk/ run and in it to win it!!! Monday 4.10 miles walk run, but mainly walk, sore from yesterday a little Tuesday 1.75 miles walking, maybe more later.

Hi there, good to see everyone is still hard at it. I haven't done this challenge for the last couple of weeks because I've had other things going on. I plan to start again with you all this Sunday if that's ok.
I have made a start on the C25K, currently on Week 2, so I am hoping that my miles will be a combination of walking and running instead of just walking0 -

I'm at my weekly goal and have 2 more days to better it!
I actually walk more than this but I don't count the distance when my grandson is also walking. He does pretty well for a 17 month old but it truly is more like a crawl for me! I also tend to round down (ie: 2.2 miles will be counted as 2). Just easier for me!0 -
