I was outside most of the day planting....I got all the daylilies and iris planted. Still have bulbs to plant which I will do on Friday. I just ran out of daylight.

Hello Ravenclaws I miss my signature and want it back, I have not been as active as what I would like to have been lately, have had a lot of stuff on my mind with my health and stress with my Tafe courses and not knowing what to do about my relationship with my boyfriend so I don't know what to do or whether I want to follow my heart or my gut instincts.0

Happy Thursday Ravenclaw!! I have totally fallen down on my Head of House duties this week - I never posted our house stats!! I will get that done tonight when I get home as well of posting next week's challenges. Sorry I'm so late with it this week!
Not only that, but I'm acting as Deputy Headmistress while Bron is away tending to family business. Soooooo - I also haven't posted the inter-house results yet. Sheesh!! I need to get on the ball.

Crazy busy at work, tried to check in a couple of times, but the job was getting in the way. I am tried and so ready for the day to end.
Doing good getting workouts in, enjoyed a vita muffin top (I think they are a healthy snack).

good morning Ravenclaw. i've been a really bad housemate lately :ohwell: , sorry. life is seriously beating me up right now. this is the first really difficult time i've had since starting mfp 6 months ago. my personal life is currently very stressful and it's really hard to stay focused on my goals. these are the kind of things that i stress eat over. although i haven't done too badly with eating (going over some but not much) i haven't been able to motivate myself to workout. my metabolism is such that no matter what i do or don't eat, i don't lose weight without exercise. also struggling with my body having become accustomed to my workout routine adn not burning calories like i used to. time for some big changes i think. today is a day off for me (federal holiday) so i'm really gonna try to get some exercise in and get back on track over this long weekend. sorry to be so long winded today but i've missed "chatting" with you all!!

Hello fellow Ravenclaws! Checking in to say it's been a crazy week. I'll probably weigh in this afternoon which is a day earlier than usual for me but.....I have big plans this weekend! I will have steak dinner and champagne tonight....it's me and my boyfriend's 2 year anniversary. Keep your fingers crossed for me Ravenclaws...I think it might be the night he asks me THE QUESTION!!!!0

I've been a bad Ravenclaw lately about showing up to the common room. I feel like there are not enough hours in the day. The great news is that I haven't gained at all. I need to work harder on getting some exercise time in.
I think my goals for next week will be:
Exercise: No elevator use and exercise for 20 minutes each day.
Food: No eating out. Have veggies.0 -
