I can't remember if I logged any miles this week or not. I think the other thread was locked before I could record anything, but I am not too sure. Just in case I'll do it here.

Hi there, good to see everyone is still hard at it. I haven't done this challenge for the last couple of weeks because I've had other things going on. I plan to start again with you all this Sunday if that's ok.
I have made a start on the C25K, currently on Week 2, so I am hoping that my miles will be a combination of walking and running instead of just walking

Wednesday: Walked/Ran 1.5 miles
Thursday: Nothing. I ate a ton of Greek food though! (Just wanted to brag about it LOL)

I really wanted to do better yesterday but the weather was SO awful I just couldn't make myself go out in it. By the time I realized that there was NO WAY I was going out we had people over and so I didn't d any videos either.
I wish I could say today will be better but we are going to my brother's so there won't be much walking involved.0 -

Tough week for me.
Hit 15 miles after doing 5 on the elliptical over the last 2 days. I have a new appreciation for people that can rock out hour long elliptical workouts. MUCH harder workout than I thought it would be!0 -
Reese you know my back injury and injection last week kept me from doing too much I did try though. All I logged this week was 2.9 total :sad:0
