  • I can't remember if I logged any miles this week or not. I think the other thread was locked before I could record anything, but I am not too sure. Just in case I'll do it here.

    Sun-Friday I've gotten 5 miles each day with a total of 30 miles for the week.

    Hi there, good to see everyone is still hard at it. I haven't done this challenge for the last couple of weeks because I've had other things going on. I plan to start again with you all this Sunday if that's ok.

    I have made a start on the C25K, currently on Week 2, so I am hoping that my miles will be a combination of walking and running instead of just walking :smile:

    Glad to have you back!!! Love the C25K program!

    Total - 10 miles....I had set 10 miles as my weekly goal...think I may have to up it @ least 2 miles.

    Monday: 4.5 miles of run/walking = 4.5 total for the week
    Tuesday: 0 Not gonna moan about it because I needed it. 4.5 for the week
    Wednesday: 3.8 miles of running + 2.7 miles of walking = 6.5 miles total = 11.0 miles for the week
    Thursday: 2.6 miles of walking = 13.6 miles for the week
    Friday: 5.4 miles of walking + 2.0 miles of running = 7.4 miles total = 21 miles for the week

    Monday: Rested! :)
    Tuesday: Hiked 5.2 miles
    Wednesday: Walked/Ran 1.5 miles
    Thursday: Nothing. I ate a ton of Greek food though! (Just wanted to brag about it LOL)
    Friday: Hiked 5.1 miles

    Totaling 14.1

    Dang feels like more than that! One more day to get to the magic 15 :) You guys all kick *kitten*!

    I really wanted to do better yesterday but the weather was SO awful I just couldn't make myself go out in it. By the time I realized that there was NO WAY I was going out we had people over and so I didn't d any videos either.
    I wish I could say today will be better but we are going to my brother's so there won't be much walking involved.

    Alright it Saturday everyone lets get that final push into today. Please make sure you total your miles so we can get them counted easily and accurately. Also I will be posting the challenge tonight I believe, tomorrow for me sounds like it's going to kind of hectic.

    Day 2 (Monday 7/11) - 3 km (yup another 3 km in the evening)
    Day 3 (Tuesday 8/11) - 0 km
    Day 4 - 0 km :sad: :cry: :sad:
    Day 5 - 7.5 km. Total to date is 20.5 km
    Day 6 - 6 km. Total to date is 26.5 km
    Day 7 - 0 km

    Hence total for the week 26.5 km = 16.5 miles

    I was hoping to do 20 miles but at least I beat my previous weeks record.

    Tough week for me.

    Hit 15 miles after doing 5 on the elliptical over the last 2 days. I have a new appreciation for people that can rock out hour long elliptical workouts. MUCH harder workout than I thought it would be!
