My weigh in was today. So i weigh 164 now. :happy:0

OK...Not pretty but here they are...

Waist - 29
Chest - 34
Arm: L- 10 1/4 R - 10 1/4
HIps - 38
Thigh: L - 20 R - 20
Starting weight 1200 -
Day One: 11/30/11
Weight: 170
Arm (L12.5, R11.5)

I don't have anything to measure myself with lol as silly as that sounds...usually i just go by weight and how my clothing fits.
As of right now I weigh 143.4
hehe you can do what I did and find a piece of string and computer paper. The paper the long way is usually 11" so when you measure yourself with the string you can ball park how many inches it is off the computer paper.
I really need to invest in a measuring tape :ohwell:0 -

Have a quick question about 'waist'....where exactly is that? I've seen others measure waist and belly button.....and for me those are the same. So where is this waist we're measuring?
I actually measure 1" under the navel, 1" above and then the mid-drift just because I like to see the changes! but I guess it's really up to you where you measure the waist.0 -
I went with the paper method as well so not 100% sure how accurate this is!

I just took my measurements on Saturday 26 so im goin use the same measurements. Im not weighing till 1/1/12 due to being in a challenge but my last weight as of 11/18 was 166.6
