    My knee felt way better today. Staying off the elliptical yesterday really helped. Today I watched the incline and upped my resistance to 8. No knee pain so I'm super happy.

    I commend your for workout at all while you were sick.....its hard to push yourself then but its possible as you showed hope you feel better

    I didn't completely hit the goal, but I don't remember the last time I worked that hard in one week. My knee was telling me about it last night too. I feel so great though. I had more energy last week and I slept better than I have in forever.
