    Have a quick question about 'waist'....where exactly is that? I've seen others measure waist and belly button.....and for me those are the same. So where is this waist we're measuring? :)

    I actually measure 1" under the navel, 1" above and then the mid-drift just because I like to see the changes! but I guess it's really up to you where you measure the waist.

    Ah! That's a good idea! I measured the narrowest part, but I'm going to get some additional measurements!

    I just took my measurements on Saturday 26 so im goin use the same measurements. Im not weighing till 1/1/12 due to being in a challenge but my last weight as of 11/18 was 166.6

    Waist(belly button)-33
    Bottom of rib-30 1/4
    Hips-41 1/4
    Neck-13 1/2
    L thigh-24
    R thigh-24 3/4
    L arm-11.5
    R arm-11 3/4

    Only 35 out of total 66 MFPians pledging for the challenge had given the measurement . Please get those numbers rolling. Or just provide the final loss of inches and pounds at the end of the challenge.
