I am very excited to get started! Any suggestions for exercises? I will be honest, I hate exercising and sweating worse than going to the dentist! lol....So, what would be a good way for a beginner to start? I have X-Box Kinect, does that count?
Do you have Dance Central?
You can also get Your Shape Fitness evolved and Your shape 2012 is just coming out...
Jillian Micheals from The Biggest Loser America does them both..
You can also get The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout..
Zumba a good one too...
There is also a very good app for the Android called Workout Trainer.. Shows you the exercises and also counts down with you.

i just found this group and i'd love to join! i'll have approximately 25lbs left to lose on Jan 2nd, plus i'm getting married in April 2012 and this would be a great motivatior to keep me on track during holidays and busy wedding planning I will also have slightly different workout goals, but i will do my best on the alcohol i'll will figure out my exact goals and "treats" later today so i can get on board with you guys! Awesome challenge!0

Hey yes I think every Saturday is a good day? also gives you an incentive not to party on a Friday night and just do it once a week...unless you are sticking to my alcohol ban - I'm going to try and do No Alcohol and No Chocolate from 2 January until I reach my goal weight - will inspire me to get it done quicker and not cheat.
Shall I do a discussion every Saturday to get your weight/measurements?
I will also put a weekly challenge on whether it be diet or exercise related or both. x0 -

I also startet today with my 1200 cal, not eating back my excercise plan :-) Gained 6 lbs during christmastime...0

Sounds great - I can't wait!!!! I'm actually hoping to lose 15 by Valentine's day...so hopefully by June I'll be down 30 (maybe more)...wooo hoo!!!!
I am NOT eating back my exercise either....it's not working for me....so I have 1960 per day or something....and TONS of protein!!!0 -

I have stopped weighing in and filling my diary.
Just wanted to see how much weight I have put on over the Christmas period..
New year resolutions will be sorted out by this challenge start date and one is to stop smoking..
I know we can all do this together and I look forward to motivating and inspiring a few of you..
