Goal for this month is a minimum of 60 minutes cardio every day... should be approximately 6 miles per day minimum.
Jan 1: 6 mile run
Jan 2: 11K xc ski (6.875 miles)
Jan 3: 7 mile run

Jan 1st I did 0 miles. I will make up for it today though. I am a nurse and work 12 hours, so I usually don't log miles the days I work. Aiming to run another marathon again this year so this is the start of training

I am on the fan bike riding.
January 2nd - 2.7 miles

My grand total so far is 32.5 miles, after today but I started 2 days before the first so I suppose I have to take off 10.4 miles leaving 22.1 miles gathered.
