    Goal for this month is a minimum of 60 minutes cardio every day... should be approximately 6 miles per day minimum.

    Jan 1: 6 mile run
    Jan 2: 11K xc ski (6.875 miles)
    Jan 3: 7 mile run
    Jan 4: 6 mile run

    Jan 1 Walked (in the pouring rain) 4.9mile
    Jan 2 Walked 4 miles.
    Jan 3 Walked 6 miles.
    Jan 4 Walked treadmill 1.5mile, cycle 4 mile, ellipical 1.5 mile total 7 mile
    Jan 5 Walked 5.5miles.

    Jan 1st I did 0 miles. I will make up for it today though. I am a nurse and work 12 hours, so I usually don't log miles the days I work. Aiming to run another marathon again this year so this is the start of training

    Jan 3rd I got 3.5 running and 2.5 walking total of 6 miles.
    Jan 4th. 4 miles walking
    Jan 5th 6.1 miles walking

    I am on the fan bike riding.

    January 2nd - 2.7 miles
    January 4th - 5.0 miles
    January 5th - 5.1 miles

    Total Yr to date - 12.8 miles

    My grand total so far is 32.5 miles, after today but I started 2 days before the first so I suppose I have to take off 10.4 miles leaving 22.1 miles gathered.

    My goal is to hit 28.6 miles after today.


    Jan 1 ~ 5.5 miles
    Jan 2 ~ 5.5 miles
    Jan 3 ~ 0 miles
    Jan 4 ~ 10 miles
    Jan 5 ~ 6.5 miles (expected but may end up doing more)

    I ended up with 8 miles yesterday (Jan 5), my grand total is 30.1 miles so far.
