Link for prepopulated log

Does anyone have the link for the website with the prepopulated logs? The one where you have to enter a password (the first couple of words from one of the chapters). I thought I had it book marked, but I’m not finding it on my computer. I found this especially helpful as I’d never kept a log before, and it helped me to understand the exercise groupings my first couple of times out.

I don't have the link, but I downloaded all the logs (I think). PM me your email and I'll send it to you.0

Jesus. No wonder I wasn't losing any weight, I was eating at maintenance, which for me is only 1600 calories on rest days!!!! Man, getting older SUCKS!!! Hopefully I'll start losing fat since I've dropped my calories to 1400 - still 100 more than NROLFW suggests, but I'm not going any lower! I refuse! All the more reason to workout 5x week.0 -
here's a sheet i set up for myself based off a friends nrolfw sheet.....

Thank you for posting this - this is so much better than what I was using.0 -
bump.
So many people ask about spreadsheets to log their workouts, perhaps we can make this a sticky thread?0 -
Umm....I put in my info, and it says I need to be eating 125 carbs, 215 protein and 64 fat on non workout days. That turns out to be about 25/45/35. Isn't it supposed to be at 40/30/30?0

Mines at 40/40/20. I've read that protein should be 100% - 120% of either your wieght or your goal weight. So, I based mine on that, and I based the other 2 on the fact that I eat fruit chocolate and wanted the sugar allowance.0 -

Thank you SO much for posting this!!0 -
with the info that we learn from the log regarding how many calories to eat each day, how do you guys set your caloric goal and add exercise into MFP without it messing with your total # of calories for the day? are you still letting MFP tell you the # of calories based off any execise you put in? if someone can give me there specific methods that would be great!0

This is awesome! It was such a pain to keep looking for the workouts on my Kindle and write them down. The calorie estimate is also great, a bit off from what I was doing so now I know!0 -
Thanks for posting this! Super useful. Also, had never heard of Maggie Wang before. New hero?0

I managed to get it from the site a few weeks ago, if anyone wants a copy, send me a personal message with your email address and i can email the excell file to you. I'm pretty sure my copy is clean, I have a good anti-virus prog.0
