25 miles...

I keep seeing these 100 mile challanges.
Basically you try to go 100 miles in a month. That includes walking, running, swimming, eliptical, bike, etc.
It sounds like a great idea... but a LOT for a beginner... I was thinking of doing a version of that for beginners...
Anyone wanna join me in doing 25 miles in January?
That is 1,25 miles a day. Totally doable!

thats really good bysshe. I've been trying to swim 2 miles a day 6 days a week. much prefer swimming to walking, less impact on the joints and i love the water. This group is criminally underused0

3 miles today!
26.5 miles!!!! I think I want to keep going... see how far I can go til the end of January!!!
@ Fred
My challenge was to include all forms of excercise! So, yes, swimming counts. I think I'm going to do a 40 miles challenge starting febraury 1st. You should join!
That's 1.3 miles a day, as February has 29 days this year. I think it's totally doable. If you are gonna do a day off, you could always do 3 miles the day before and the day after. Makes you appreciate the day off more. And it puts you a bit ahead of where you'd need to be0
