I'm back in again today! Had a pretty good burn so far today but will come back and add it in once Ive finished as Im going to do some tae bo now!0

You are doing really well! Im aiming for 3500 again, Ive not hit it for a couple of weeks but I know I can do it this week if I add some extra walks into my workout routine as well. I'll be back later to add tuesdays calorie burn in as not finished yet!0

Im now going to aim for 7000 this week as im finding it pretty easy to reach 5000.
Ended up doing extra excercise yesterday so 793 yesterday.
Did another 583 today

I have planned 4-5hrs of excercise on sunday!! Catching up with 2 friends to walk/play wii/zumba & 30 day shred with!!

Hi all! I'm new and am excited to see how I do.
This week I'm at 1503/3500
I did circuit training on Monday, eliptical and stationary bike for Tuesday and walked yesterday!
Normally, I'd be farther along with calories burned but my step-class turned into a circuit training class on Monday so I probably burned 300 less calories. Oh well, those wall sits are going to do me some good!0 -

Today I burned 670 calories so total this week so far is 2770/35000 -
With my burn today I'm at 2404/3500. I did Dance Central for the Kinect and did a walk with my 22lb son strapped to my chest.0

3625/3500. With all the snow in my neck of the woods I almost took a rest day today. Then I saw I only had 230 cal. to go to hit 3500 and that was all the motivation I needed. I did yoga and took the dog for a snowy walk so it was still a "rest" type day compared to my normal workouts but it did the job!0
