One hour spin class at 8 this morning...I've been spinning for almost two years. It never seems to get easier, but what a workout! Ready to clean the house now :smile:

  • Phew! I don't think I'd make it through an entire spinning class! I've just stated running and am doing the Couch-to-5K program. I'm aiming to complete my first 5K in March!

    I'm doing couch to 5 k also! Finishing up week 2 tonight and hoping to run my first 5k in March as well.
  • Running isn't for me...arthritis in knees/back. What's the couch to 5k? I've always been very active and trying not to slow down at 59!
