    Doubling up to catch up.

    Today - did Sumo squats and plank rows, 50 of each.
    Just finished 300 HK as well
    Did 300 more HK and did the Lying chest press (50) and Reverse crunches (50)
    Had a bad week, so will not get to the squat hops and side obliques (sorry team) but am making a commitment to do ALL of the challenges for next week.

    M- Sumo Squat w/ lateral raise 50 done
    T- Plank Rows w/leg raises 50 done JOT 150
    W- Lying Chest Press 50 done JOT 200
    Th- Reverse Crunches 50 done
    F- Sumo Hop Squat 50 done JOT 200
    S- Side Obliques 50 done
    WC- JOT 550/500

    Good job everyone this past week! It has been super brutal with work and I haven't been online supporting as much as I would love too. I am missing a lot of people reporting in.

    F- 50 lying chest press, 50 reverse crunches, 50 sumo squat hops, 200 HK
    S- 50 Side oblique crunches, 100 HK
    WC- HK 500/500


    Sorry I haven't been online. This week has been hectic and this coming week is going to be crazy with me trying to get my car fixed and starting a new job this week.
