    I had relatives in for the long weekend and ended up eating like a fool and it showed on the scale Tuesday morning. I was mad at myself a little (the 4 slices of carrot cake were really good!) and got right back on track and managed to get back to where I was last Saturday. I'm bummed that I lost a whole week but I'm on track again. It won't happen again before I hit 199. Being 200+ is really getting old.

    Well...228 is my restart point. I am actually making an EFFORT this week to do some good. I just sat down and wrote down my work out schedule...and now working on what I will eat tomorrow :) ::muah::

    I'm encouraged to see the scale steadily going down...but I'm getting depressed cause my stomach is still just....well I've had 3 kids & the weight doesn't seem to want to budge from my yucky stomach...so I don't FEEL like I'm 188.... Hopefully it's just a matter of time though, right? Blah lol...

    Everyone is doing so great!!!!!!!

    Congratulations! I am loving your steady progress! The stomach is the hardest part to get in good shape even for women who haven't had 3 children. You are obviously doing something right so just keep at it. Change will come!

    I haven't been your friend here for too long, but I have seen you work hard and achieve great weight loss numbers. You are a great motivator! Congrats on 198 and I can't wait to see where you end up!
