Gotta share...my miles got a large, unexpected boost today when I decided to turn some sour grapes into wine. Went to the grocery store after classes tonight and locked my keys in the car! Well, it was a beautiful day here and the evening was still mild, and since I live just over 1.5 miles from the grocery store, I figured I could walk home with the groceries (thankfully hadn't gotten many) and get a ride back. Well, I enjoyed the walk so much, I turned down an offered ride home (I guess the lady figured that a woman in dress slacks and a couple of bags of groceries wasn't much of a threat!) and decided to put my dogs on their leashes and walk back to the car. Since I can't walk without jogging, I got in about a mile of running back. Not sure the dogs knew what to do with that. Anyway, I got an unexpected extra 3.5 miles in tonight.0 -
