It has been serious hit and miss with the weather. Hopefully we have hit the last heavy snow of the year . I don't mind walking with it on the ground but I need some visibility LOL!

10 km so far. I do the treadmill 3 days a week, when I don't do tai chi, aquafitness or swimming. This counts for two days so far. I do about 6.2 km on average.0

My goal for the month is 100 miles. I've had a very lazy start on getting myself on track this year as far as exercise is concerned. I've gotten the food diary and eating healthier down pat so now I feel less overwhelmed and can add getting my butt moving to the equation.
