    Going to shoot for 50 miles this month. I do other exercises, so 50 miles will be a good challenge for me.

    I need to step it up!! Only 1.6 miles today (only about 1/4 mile of running and I walked the rest). I'm going to try to get back to normal tomorrow and get on track for February.

    Train actually showed up today! Result! Went to the gym this morning for a little treadmill speed circuit action. Jogging at 5.2 mph and running at 7 mph. Aw yeah.
