    Going to shoot for 50 miles this month. I do other exercises, so 50 miles will be a good challenge for me.

    Just a short run this morning... getting ready for a longer (chillier) run tomorrow! 2.37 miles today brings my total to 29.39 miles.

    While running pulled muscle in calf. Couldnt hardly walk. Only got a few miles in.
    Not sure how long will be out. Hopefull only a couple days.:grumble:

    Brrrrr.... just got home from running 13 very chilly miles, bringing my total for February up to 42.39. Now off to a very warm shower!!!

  • 10 Miles on the bike this morning. Going to have to pick up the pace and do some extra miles tonight and for the next few days to get back on track with my goals.
