Day 3 complete, followed straight after by last day of 30 DS, level 3. Think I'll try BFBM alongside 6W6P from tomorrow. 6P moves definitely getting easier already0

That is incredible isn't it?! How you notice the moves getting easier so soon? Maybe that is the way it is with all dvd's though...I guess this is the first time I've done one consistently...Good job!0 -

LOL Thanks! I actually felt like a loser because I had to take Friday off b/c of my back. I am going to do it today, if I get time. My nephew is coming over today and my house is a mess (too much time at the gym!). I've modified some of the moves that I can't due b/c of my back. I do pushups during the burpees and planks during the side plank/leg lifts. Hate my back sometimes!0 -

I find many of the moves easier than I had anticipated. But when she does the hard moves, she really does them! LOL0 -

Another Jillian DVD - Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I haven't tried it yet but I believe is a bit longer than 30DS and more cardio. I really like Jillian Michaels style of work out and so far she is giving me results.Day 3 complete, followed straight after by last day of 30 DS, level 3. Ok I'm getting into 6W6P now but there's always a couple of moves Jillian throws in there that kill me! For example in 30DS the sumo squats, rock star jumps and the scissor legs ab move got me every time. With 6 pack I am dying with the side lunges and bend over to the side for some reason!0

Ok, week 2, day 1 complete of 6 Pack. I am aiming for 4 times at least this week. Getting better at the moves each day.
I also did the Banish Fat DVD for the first time as I couldn't get a run in today. I really liked it and felt like a good cardio work out after 40 mins. As usual some killer moves in there such as pike crunches and plié squats, ouch! Anything involving a squat and a jump gets me every time.0 -

Great job ladies! I just did it for the first time this week and after that I did Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (this is my usual routine, doing both of them). I'm aiming for 4 more times this week.0

I as well am trying for 4 x this week. Last night was my 4th round and it def. is getting easier....My fav move is the side crunches..something about them makes me feel Bad *kitten* Fit! LOL0

Week 2, day 3 complete. Feeling it in my lower back today, this is an area I really need to strengthen up. It's the first place I feel weakness whether I'm running or whatever exercise I take. It's not back pain just weak muscles. However I know Jillian is going to fix that!0

Week 2, day 4 complete. Lower back feeling ok today. Planning a long run tomorrow so will most likely give 6P a rest and doing again on Saturday.0

Rested completely yesterday after my long run on Fri. I had a niggling right ankle but seems to be fine this morning so the rest day was the right thing to do. I just did 6P, day 5 this week and then 30DS, level 1 straight after. I can't believe we are into week 3 of 6P tomorrow. Has anyone dared check out what Jillian has is store for us in level 2?? I haven't, don't know if i want to know until I have to actually do it!0

Hi, im rebecca! Ive been doing 30 ds for about a month 3 to 4 days a week and noticed my big ole belly started going down, ive lost 95 lbs without much excersise and just started getting serious! Since i have so much belly and extra skin their i picked up 6w6p and today was day 2! I probably wont do it five days a week, although would love to, along side the 30 ds and bike riding! But i usually pick one or two for the 5 days! Ive been very proud of myself for the workouts, considering im the weakest laziest person ever! But it makes me feel so good about myself and my body loves it! Maybe one day i will be as fit as some of u here! Thanks for making this group!0
