Im 5'11 and I have been 150 and it looks almost exactly like my 160 lol My goal is 140-135. However..i've never been below 150 so it really depends on how I look and feel at that weight0

I'm 6'0 with a large frame. I would like to be somewhere between 180 lbs - 200 lbs. I'll just have to see how I look and feel at that point. I've got a ways to go.0

I'm 5'10, goal weight of 130 would be great, but that's judging from previous years and I've never had any muscle mass worth mentioning. So now if I lose weight AND try to get some more muscle, I might settle for 135. Current weight is 144 on a medium frame.0

Im am 5'11.5 and my goal weight for now is 190. Currently I am 225lbs. Realistically i want to be 170. I have a somewhat wide frame, so im not sure how that would look. lol0

5' 10", current weight 215, goal weight 180, very large framed and muscular.
180 is my lowest adult weight (seriously, I've been this height and 180+ since 14) so it seems like a good goal. :P
It's really neat not seeing every single person with 1200 calories and a goal weight of 110 :P0 -
I am 5'11 and aiming for 150. I have medium frame so I think this will be perfect but I guess I will have to see when I get there.0

I'm 5'11" and aiming for around 170 I guess. I've always been on the heavy side of things, so I don't really have anything to go off of when deciding my goal weight. My mom is 5'10" and used to weigh 135, so ALWAYS complains about how heavy anything near 190 is, but I don't feel comfortable using her as a guide because I didn't inherit her body type. I got curves from my dad's side instead, and lots of them at that.0

I am 5'11" and my goal is to get somewhere in the 150 range. When I got married I was 170-150, however looking back on my wedding photos I am still not satisfied with that weight so it will have to be lower. Maybe one day I'll start lifting weights for now I swim like a fish.0

I'm 5'9 and my goal weight is around 125-130. Don't think it's drastic, I (should) have a naturally slender frame - just too much eating etc has made it...not...that way. My lowest ever was 110 and that just looked freakish. I think 130 is just about where I look good.0

I'm 6'0 and my goal weight is 180 with a nice toned, curvy body. I might lower my goal if I'm not satisfied with how it looks.0

I'm 5'11 and would like to be 160.0

I am 6'1 and my goal weight was 150 but I reached that. So I am just working on toning my body and seeing where the number goes...I know it won't be lower than 142...0

Height: 6'0"
SW: 273 (2008)
245 (2011)-started MFP
CW: 179
1st goal: 173 (100 pounds!!!)
Final goal: 160-165 (I'm thinking of aiming for the lower goal so that I have room to play)
Way to go on your loss so far!!! That's terrific!!!!   :bigsmile:0 -
I'm 5'11" and I think my goal weight is 170 lbs. I guess I'll know when I get there. I'm not so worried about numbers as I am about looking and feeling my best. At 300lbs I never thought I would make it anywhere even close to 170 but now I'm FINALLY under 200 lbs and I'm getting closer every day
Awesome job so far!! Wow, what a great loss!!0 -
I'm 5'9 and my goal is around 150 for a final goal (I set smaller goals along the way).0
-
in 5'10" and have a goal of 135-140lbs...10-15 more to go!0
-
6'0" (5'11.75) lol
cw: 196
gw: 180
Once I get to 180 I will decided if I want to go lower or just start to tone up. I can't remember ever being lower than 190. It had to be in middle school many many yeeeeeeeeeeears ago lol0 -
I'm 5'11" and originally my goal was 200 because I thought anything below that I would be way to thin. But I have realized that I used that as an excuse to not lose weight. I had to wrap my mind around my NEW possibilities and this group is such a great help with that! So even though I am still just waiting to see how I look and feel when I hit the ONES, I know for sure that I want to be there!0

5"11
sw: (before mfp) 200lbs
sw: (when joining mfp) 159lbs
cw: 147lbs
gw: 135-140lbs.
i have a small frame too, i would be happy with my weight now if it wasn't for a still very large post-pregnancy pouch! hoping the remaining 7-12lbs will shift it!0 -
6'0"
SW - 259lbs (eeeek)
CW - 239.5lbs
GW - 180lbs
I think 180 is a good goal for someone of my height. I'll decide if I want to lose more when the time comes.0 -
I aspire to be 160lbs! I used to want to get to 140, however I don't know how skinny/unhealthy that would make me look, so I am aiming for 160 which is just over 30lbs away from my starting weight! ps I am 6 foot0
-
I'm 6'. I have a large frame so I would love to be 185 lbs. But I'll be happy just to be below 200. I haven't been there since high school.0

I'm 5'11
SW: 195
CW: 181
GW:160ish
I always thought I had a large frame but looking at those sites I think I was just fooling myself. I apparently am medium build and should have a healthy weight of 155 so I think 160 should look ok. I'm just going to see how I feel when I get there.0 -
I'm 5'10'', SW of 165, CW of 154... working toward a goal weight of 145ish but really wherever I feel comfortable and am happy with my body.
Feel free to add me if you have similar goals or would just like support0 -
I'm 5' 9''.
My heaviest was 190
I'm currently 181
My goal weight is 140 but I haven't been that weight since I was a teenager (now 23) so i'm not sure if i'll be able to get there.0 -
i'm 5'10"
SW - 182
CW - 167
GW - 154 (11 stone)
So I'm half a stone (7lb) away from my goal weight and i just can't see that only half a stone is what I'm going to be happy with. I still carry alot of belly fat and arms and thighs are nowhere near as slimmed and toned as i'd expect after 20lb of weight loss. Does anyone find their tall frame really deceptive?!0 -
My goal weight is 190!!!! Hopefully one day!!0
-
My first big goal is to get back in ONEderland and then 170 would be great, will have to see what that looks like and go from there.0
