I keep forgetting to weigh in! I was at 190.4 yesterday. Only 6 lbs heavier than my hubby now!! Amazing, since I was once 100 lbs heavier than him0

Well I have hit my first plateau which isn't bad all things considered... Jan 24th I was 188. Then the next week I went back up to 190 (water retention, sodium, etc idk) And have been working hard to get it back off. I'm back at 188 as of yesterday. Ready for this bump in the road to be over with! But I know I'm doing what I'm supposed to be, and the weight WILL come off, dagnabit lol
Everyone's doing great by the way! I've been here.... just been a creepy lurker I guess you could say. Life has been very chaotic lately...lots of family stuff going on (extended family) and we're in the middle of a move right now. So I'm overwhelmed but still here!0 -

I was 189.6 yesterday. Only .8 lost over the last two weeks. I'm going to try to be super diligent this week and hopefully I'll see a more significant loss. Must resist chips, salsa, and cheese dip!!0
