    Tuesday = 0 miles (was a bum all day...I didn't even get out of my PJ's! indifferent )
    Wednesday = 7 miles - Walking the Dogs + C25K week 4
    Thursday = 7 miles - Walking

    Mon: 1.50mi elliptical
    Tue: 3.24mi jog/walk (legs still feeling Sunday's run - beautiful 50+degrees & sunny, but VERY windy!)
    Wed: 20.88mi stationary bike (at the gym)
    Thu: P90x Core Synergistics (no miles)
    Fri: 4.18 run/jog/walk
    Sat: 1.63 elliptical

    Total: 41.92 miles.

    Training for my first Half Marathon - Rock the Parkway - in April... it's gonna be here before I know it!!!

    3/5/12 = strength training (30 minutes) & Elliptical x 30 minutes & spin class
    3/6/12 = 5.47 miles running (4 + 1.47 speed training)
    3/7/12 = spin class
    3/8/12 = 4.47 miles (1.47 hill training + 3)
    3/9/12 = Elliptical x 20 minutes & 1.55 mile walk
    Week Total Miles (Run/Walk only) = 23.49
