    This is going to be a rough week for me......my son got the chicken pox......so that means I can not go to gym and he needs my full time attention! My poor baby :( I got to sneak in a little today....

    Looking forward to cardio and circuit class tomorrow morning, although can't push quite as hard as normal after giving blood at the weekend.

    I can't wait to do this kind of curious to see how many calories I burn from exercising. Sure I can look back @ previous weeks and add it all up, but it will make me more accountable doing it this way.
