I have been battling a nasty cold for the past 3 days. Today I just couldn't stand skipping another workout. I am a little behind where I wanted to be on this challenge but I am hoping to make it up over the weekend. Working out while coughing like crazy and having trouble breathing definitely adds a new challenge. Total calories burned so far this week is 1572.0 -

I'm afraid I might not be able to reach the goal this week. I am working an extra shift this week. Plus I have really bad insomnia so I feel tired all the time. My body doesn't like sleeping only 2-3 hours a day. I'll try my best to get my workout in today and tomorrow when I am off.0 -
Catch-up time ... I log my exercise my on my Android app immediately after my workout so I can't easily post to the topic at the same time!
Weds - Circuit class 35 mins and 10 mins walking = 340 calories
Thursday - Elliptical trainer 30 mins = 225 calories (hurt my ankle in circuits so couldn't run or do anything high impact)
Friday - Technology gym wave machine 30 mins + 4m30s sprint on indoor rower = 315 calories.
Total for week so far 1155 cals - now off to the gym for 30 mins cardio and followed by a personal training session! Hopefully I'll hit 1500 this week.0 -
Saturday 17th March
Elliptic 17 mins = 96 cals
PT session (core, chest, back and arm workout) 50 mins = 100 cals.
Total for today 196 cals.
Overall total for week = 1351 cals which isn't bad. Nearly half a lb or 0.2kg. I've not pushed myself too much this week because I gave blood at the weekend and I normally take about 2 weeks to recover. I'll do a little bit more next week though.0 -
