    I did Zwow 1 today for the second time. I beat my first time by 53 seconds so I'm pretty stoked. The dive bombers are killer. Can't wait to see the new one tomorrow. :)

    I've been doing Turbo Jam all month so I haven;t done any of the ZWOW's lately. After this month is over I plan on doing them all. I still watch them tho!

    Did ZWOW 4 today.. man that one is a killer. I beat my first time by 1:45 though. :D

    Help! Just started these workouts, did 1 last night. Sooo do I move on to 2 or do #1 all week. What have you guys done as far as a schedule?

    I don't think there is any right or wrong way -- also, you don't have to follow the workouts in chronological order (e.g. there are no beginners or advanced workouts).

    I typically pick two a week and rotate them in my workouts.

    I have a friend, though, that cycles through them, only stopping when a new workout is added. So, she would do:

    #1 on Tuesday
    #2 on Wednesday
    #3 on Thursday
    Friday - rest day
    newest ZWOW on Saturday (like this week, she'll probably do #11)
    #4 - Sunday
    Monday - rest day

    Whatever makes you happy :-)

    I just started the ZWOW workouts, did #4 today. I was huffing and puffing but I got through it. I think it helped that I did Insanity before I started these. Looking to add fellow zwow friends

    OMG so glad there's a Zuzana group, just discovered her this week, did my first workout last night, I've been doing Jillian Micheal's, turbo fire, HIIT on treadmill but still felt like Im missing something- ZUZANA was it YAY!!!! I like hardcore but simplicity so I can focus on the moves and not have to watch the screen the whole time.

    PS- I am so looking forward to hearing from everyone, maybe we can start some ZWOW scores (coming from someone who is so totally out of shape), I would love some friendly competitive motivation.

    I log them as "circuit training" in the cardio section. I think that's about as close as we're gonna get.
