Let's get to it!!!

15 miles starting tomorrow and ending next Saturday... Yep that easy and you know you can do it! Just log your daily miles, the total miles for the week and encourage your fellow challengers to make their goals, yep it's that easy.

For the folks returning you know that the 15 miles is not the main goal. The main goal is just to get up and get moving, if you don't meet it that's fine and you surpass it, well that just freaking rocks.

For new comers the preferred method of posting miles would be:

Sunday-miles-what you did
Monday-miles-what you did
Tuesday-miles-what you did
So on and so forth, posted daily or when the miles occur...

Total- Running total for the week thus far

As always this is not set in stone, if you post every other day or whatever fits into your schedule, but please try to stay close to the above format.

    Hi everyone....been missing a while and became irregular. Time to pick up where I left.

    Sunday - 2 km (not great all but getting groove back)

    Sun: 11.15 miles! - My longest run yet.. was hoping for 12 today but... This was one rough run (say that 5x fast). Knee hurt pretty much out of the starting gate. Ended up walking most of last 3miles by which time both knees were hurtin. :ohwell: Icing both knees now anticipating a soothing shower soon.

    3/18 Sun: 9 miles (<==that's the absolute furthest I've ever run!)

    Week so far: 9 miles.

    Thanks Reese!! Bought a foam roller and am treating my legs to some intense therapy... finding knots in places I didn't know existed! OH... and icing and then hot shower certainly helped... at least my knee was walkable after (TG since I roamed all over Walmart after)

    Ok, didn't keep up with logging last week, but didn't do too badly. Ended up with about 10 miles. Ran on Thursday because my hamstring felt so much better and turned my ankle! Can't win for losing. Biked today (again no idea how far I went) but tomorrow is a run day if my leg can take it so i'll log some miles then.

    Last week's total was just over 18 miles with just running and walking.

    3/19/12: strength training & elliptical (1.79 miles) & Spin class
