Lost 3 lb. That's a lot for me. Probably, part of it was I was cleaning the entire house for a yearly inspection. I hope I can keep it off and lose some more. I think it's about 4.25 lb from goal. This is the closests to goal that I've been since I started.0

Bad week for me. Too much stress and healthy eating went right out the window! I gained 3 pounds.0

Ok, now I'm getting ready for Mon's weigh-in! I have more final exams next week and feel a lot of stress. Ugggg.... I need an exercise/study plan and add a plan for "Ok I ate fine all day, but at dinner I stress out and eat the wrong (salty) foods again;" right before weigh-in!0

Happy to say I lost 3.25 pounds this week!! I was high loser, won the 50/50 draw and the quarter draw! WOW ... what a week.:happy:

Big gain yesterday, 3.8 pounds. :sad:
I am sure it is TOM related but still disappointing. My plan is to not have a cheat meal this week and up my walking some.

I turtled this week....which is the next best thing to losing. As long as I don't gain I am happy. I do want to lose though...I want to become a KOPS by the end of the year!0

This was before I joined MFP but I weigh in on Fridays and this last Friday (5/11/12) I lost 2 pounds. Remarkable for me. By keeping track here, I hope to keep that on a roll0

I did everything I could do this week and I was up 0.2 pound this week. I feel discouraged. What's more disheartening...I was the only one that kept my TOPS Chapter from having a "No Gain" Meeting.0

I lost a pound yesterday...but it looks like .6 of a pound here (I goofed when I put in my weight last week...lol). Any way you look at it, its a LOSS, and I am glad!0
