Already done my exercise challenge for today and about to go out on my bike with the girls (children so going slowly) walking challenge later.0

Did my exercises this morning, but it's raining, so no walk right now. It's supposed to clear up, so maybe I will try at lunchtime.

Got my exercise in this morning and am at work. Naturally I forgot my water bottle and had to scrounge a little one. Oh well, extra walking to go and fill my bottle all day.0

Good Morning from the PNW! We have sunshine today! Hooray!!! I am just starting my day but I am excited. Sunny days mean I will be able to go on my God walk in the woods. For now the birds are all singing and the sun is shining bright through the windows. For those who don't know me, I no longer work. My days can seem slow to some but this is very fast for me. Please read my profile to learn more about that. I am excited about being a part of the group. I am not here to "win" but to get out of the place I am in. I have stayed the same weight since Nov. You will all be in my prayers today and throughout the challenge. I know we can all acheive our goals and become healthy women! Have a wonderful day with the Lord!0

Please go back and check the spreadsheet. I think you accidentally logged your points on Sunday rather than Monday. You need to change them to Monday when you get a chance.

I just want to say that our team has grown in numbers which makes it even more important that each of you log your numbers on the spreadsheet EACH DAY before you go to bed. If you have any questions or don't understand how to log your numbers, please make a post in the Questions and Problems thread or send me a message.
I've noticed that several of you have not logged anything from yesterday and I don't know if you didn't exercise or if you just haven't logged it yet, so please get in the habit of doing this every day.

Today was a wonderful day. The rain and wind pounded all morning and then the sun came out so bright. I was able to take Sadie for her walk. She was so happy! I was able to plant a few flowers so the deck looks great! I feel so blessed by the Lord. I am building a healthy temple today. May your homes be filled with the peace of God and may you all have a restful night.
