Bad, bad day. I think my lunch outing gave me food poisoning, which foiled my gym plans. Off to bed early and am hoping for a better day tomorrow.0 -
Good evening folks. It seems I'm getting on here later and later to log in. I've been busy and so I keep pushing my workouts later and later. The good thing is that I doing my workouts. The bad thing tonight is that I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and I forgot to put my Fitbit back on after changing my clothes, so none of those steps got logged on my Fitbit. I have a personal challenge with myself to hit 70,000 steps in a week. That's 10,000 steps a day. So I guess I'll just have to do it next week. This will just be a big reminder to check for my Fitbit before getting on the treadmill. LOL

Great day on my food but horrid for my activity! I did NOTHING today. lol I will make up for it though0 -
Phew! I am so blessed with wonderful grandchildren (10 yes I said 10!). I was with the four little ones today. Some how I yes I said me :noway: dropped my cell phone over the side of the bar/counter and right into the sink and my granddaughter said ummm nana here's your phone. Needless to say I have a new phone! Now I am going to learn how to text and web on this phone. Right now I don't know how I turned it off and I don't know how to turn the phone back on. Praise God! A friend is coming over in the morning Sadie is still asleep from her dental appointment and she has an infection. chaching! I know my wallet lost weight today! :laugh: I did get caught up in the sample nightmare! I just added 200 calories. I really have no clue. I didn't sample too much. All in all I had a wonderful day! And yes my daughter and two granddaughters (11 and 3) walked a 2 mile with Leslie Sansone with me! I hope you all had a wonderful day too. May the Lord bless you and keep you always!

I had a wonderful day I learned how to text! Hooray! God always has a plan. I don't see things the way the Lord does. My old phone falling into the water seemed like a terrible thing but in fact it was the best! I was able to get the minutes I need, texting, web and email all for the same price I was paying for unlimited :happy: God always gives good gifts to his children. May you all have a peaceful night sleep.

Today was my grandson's 2nd birthday, so I indulged in chocolate cake and ice cream. Yes, I counted it and I planned for it. So I feel good about that. I didn't get on the treadmill today, but I ran after kids and did a bunch of squats taking pictures of all 3 grandkids looking for Easter eggs.

It's been a crazy few days, but I have been making better (not great!) choices. Traveling for work and eating out all the time is challenging! But I did get fruits and veggies every day and drank at least 8 glasses of water.
And best of all, I am down 2.3 lbs!0 -
169 this morning! Down 1 pound!0

Weight was 233.5 this morning.
Drank my water, and walked (actually strolled) around an outdoor mall with hubby this evening before dinner. And then had spaghetti and meatballs! Skipped the bread and didn't eat the whole meal (most of it, but not all!).
My focus this week is getting enough rest. I have been getting home late, and up early and not sleeping well. (It's the end of tax season and things are crazy!) One more week and that's over for another year.0 -

Congratulations to everyone who lost weight! For those of us who stayed the same congratulations too! We all did a great job! I had a beautiful sunny day and even planted a few flowers. Sadie has recovered from her dental cleaning and check up but she is still fighting this infection. I am learning more about the passover and the feast of unleavened bread this year. My Church is having a brunch tomorrow and then there is a BBQ at the lodge here at home. All my children are each celebrating in their own ways. Tomorrow is also my rest day. Resting is important, even the Lord said to rest. I still log and try to stay within my calories. I can relate to traveling and eatting out! May you all have a peaceful Resurrection Sunday filled with joy0
