OK So how is everybody doing? So glad I am in this for the long term, rather than the short. A slow start, but at least I am moving in the right direction after my holiday.

    I just started MFP in March so....
    Week 1 (Mar 15) 214.5
    Week 2 (Mar 31) 209.5
    Week 3 (Apr 8) 211
    Week 4 (April 16) 210.5
    Week 5 (Apr 20) 208.5

    6 lbs, feels like it took forever.... long way to go

    I kinda just got discouraged actually!! :-(

    6lbs is nearly your first half a stone. Why not reward yourself with a treat, (Maybe not a sticky cake)

    I have a squash lesson for every 7lbs and this helps keep focus. My other half buys a bead for her bracelet.

    This is a long term change, not an overnight magic wand. You are losing, so keep it up
