    Did the initial Test and got 38 in a row... That says i should start on week 3 but i figure week 1 column 3 would be best to strengthen core.


    Week 1/Day1 column 3 done!
    Thats what I decided to do...started with week 1column 3!

    Day 2 complete for me. I did my weekly spinning class tonight and some mild stretching too. Notice my core was really sore but hey must mean I am doing something right. So I did 9 12 9 9 15. Really couldve pushed myself on last set but was so tired. Day 3 here I come. Good luck to you all.

    Hi All! My name is Amy and I am starting a little late...starting tonight because I worked 2 jobs the past few days. Ugh, totally messing up my mojo. ;o) I will post my initial results. So, excited to start though. Also starting up JIllian Michaels 30DS and Hips, Buns & Thighs... I am in 2 weddings in June and need to look my best! :o)

    I'm Katie and I did 30. I could've probably pushed myself more, but I wanted to start on Week 1 and take this slowly (I have a busy two weeks coming up)...Did Day 1, Day 2 tonight...boy I could feel it the next day a bit. Means it's working!

    Day 3 done 12, 15, 11, 11, 35 had a cramp after the 3rd set, but have not had enough water today. Week one done.

    Finished week one -- can definitely feel them getting easier, and I'm not experiencing soreness afterwards like I did after the initial test and the first day
