Did the initial Test and got 38 in a row... That says i should start on week 3 but i figure week 1 column 3 would be best to strengthen core.

Day 2 complete for me. I did my weekly spinning class tonight and some mild stretching too. Notice my core was really sore but hey must mean I am doing something right. So I did 9 12 9 9 15. Really couldve pushed myself on last set but was so tired. Day 3 here I come. Good luck to you all.0

Hi All! My name is Amy and I am starting a little late...starting tonight because I worked 2 jobs the past few days. Ugh, totally messing up my mojo. ;o) I will post my initial results. So, excited to start though. Also starting up JIllian Michaels 30DS and Hips, Buns & Thighs... I am in 2 weddings in June and need to look my best!

I'm Katie and I did 30. I could've probably pushed myself more, but I wanted to start on Week 1 and take this slowly (I have a busy two weeks coming up)...Did Day 1, Day 2 tonight...boy I could feel it the next day a bit. Means it's working!0

Ok week two day one 14,17,12,12,25 just came back from my first C25k day so was a little tired.0

I have notice this new found strength in my core. I have a long way to go, but it feels pretty good. Week 2 Day 3 on Friday and we made it through another week. How awesoem is that. I really enjoy this challenge it is reallyhelping me stay focused, it gives me soemthing to push for on those 3 days.0

My first exhaustion test, before starting week 1..I was only able to do 20 -- Now I've done my second exhuastion test, I was able to do 50! I think this challenge is working for me! Woohooo!0 -
Finished my exhaustion test today and was able to do 35, might have been able to push a few more, but my form was slipping.0
