Yesterday's hero WOD in honor of Memorial Day was 'Severin' - 50 strict pull ups, 100 games standard push ups, run a 5k. LOVED it! We had 41 people in class and it was great!0

Last night my WOD was "FRAN" 21-15-9 of Thursters and Pulls up UGH
I am happy to say that I improved my time from the first time I did it.
When I first did fran it took me 14:32! Last night I was able to complete it in 11:18
that workout it SO HARD for me lo but at least I am getting better time. I cant wait for the next time I do it! Maybe I can get under 9 min!!0
