I don't have time to make a spreadsheet but June 1st is tomorrow so let's get our goals down! Just list your June 1st starting weight, goal weight for the end of June and then add in another non-weight goal, up to you. It can be body fat %, a fitness goal (run 30 miles in June; do 50 pushups a day, 30 day shred etc.) or a health/nutrition goal (ex: 80 grams protein/day; 10 cups of water a day).
Here's an example:
SW: 124
June 30 GW: 120
Non-weight goal: Run at least 3 times per week
Initial weigh in is tomorrow, then weigh in once per week (Fridays) so think about it and post in the morning with your goals. Good luck!

I have been stuck in the low 140s for too long...need to tighten down my diet and workouts to break this plateau! Going to try to make this the month I break past the 140s and get down to a consistent 138 or less. Non-weight goal is to stick to my 6 day a week workout plan...3 cardio classes per week, 3 days strength training and running.

I want to weigh what I did before I started having kids (3 kids) 6 years ago! 145lbs, Im 13 lbs away! Ive lost 16 lbs since the beginning of April!

June is always a challenging month for me. It's typically the time I start to gain back weight I lost from Jan-May and then continue to gain until the end of the year. Not this year!!

Survive crazy hike with (much thinner) girlfriends on Saturday

I just wanted to let everyone know that I ran a surprise 5k last Friday (June 1st!), and got a great time.. no stopping! That was half of my non-weight goal this month. Motivation!!0

NS Goal: Burn 200-300 calories on Saturdays and Sundays (my non workout days)
I have been stuck at 162 for 3 weigh ins now... I changed my workouts last week and was SUPER sore, but still no weightless. Hopefully I can get into the 150's this month though!0 -

My weight seems to be the absolute lowest on Mondays. So weird. I should probably stop weighing myself everyday, but here's my June update since I forgot on Friday.

6/18/12: 122.6 (probably some water weight, but the lowest its been in months!)
I didn't run 3 times this week (just once) but I did a three power yoga classes. I need to get more running in though.0 -
