Workouts with emtwl

Hello-

I eat over 1800 calories a day and I am doing Chalean Extreme currently. After I finish, I think I'm going to start doing strength without videos and 0-30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. I would like to know what people are doing now while eating more calories?

    M - run or intervals (2.25 miles)
    TU - heavy lifting (New Rules of Lifting Weights for Women)
    W - run (2.25)
    Th - heavy lifting (NR)
    F - run (2.25)
    SA - plyometrics
    Su - heavy lifting (NR)

    Walk - 40 minutes 5x a week (Heart rate above 120)
    Hike - 90+ minutes (~1k calorie burn) on saturdays

    Heavy lifting 3x a week

    p90x 6x a week and 1 day rest or cardio depending on how I feel
  • Monday- lift upper body then 25 min of HIIT
    Tuesday- lift lower body then 45 min of rowing HR above 170
    Wednesday- 5 mile jog
    Thursday- see Monday
    Friday- see Tuesday
    Saturday- see Wednesday
    Sunday- rest

    Mon, Wed, Fri--HIIT Training with both weights and cardio
    Tues-Thurs- 30-45 min steady pace runs
    Weekends-family time Cardio :happy:

    Mon. - Weight Training - Upper Body Arm (30 minutes) - 15 minutes cardio
    Tues. - Cardio - Elliptical, Treadmill, or Stairmaster (45 minutes)
    Wed. - Weight Training - Upper Body Back (40 minutes) - 20 minutes cardio
    Thurs. - Cardio - Calisthenics (45 minutes)
    Friday - Weight Training - Lower Body ( 40 minutes) - 20 minutes cardio
    Saturday - some light walking
    Sunday - some light walking

    Su-Rest day-but doing easy walks etc.
