    I am running a 10 Mile Run on June 23rd The solstice run!!!! I am super nervous I have to keep my pace under 12 min mile and I am a slow runner.

    Anyone in the NH area, check out this little 5K I'm running in Hillsborough on July 20th:

    The course is pretty. The road follows the Contoocook river and some pretty farms. There are hills, but nothing out of the ordinary for New Hampshire. Bonus: it's at the Balloon Fest, so there is a tethered hot air balloon, fair food, and carnie rides.

    Saturday the 21st there's a 5mile trail run in Sunapee, NH, "Frenzy in the Forest," part of the Western NH Trail Running series:

    If there's one thing I've learned running the three previous series races, it's that there WILL BE HILLS. Hate doing hill work but know it's got to be done? Do these. I pre-ran the Balloon Fest 5K course yesterday after doing these crazy trail runs and I PR'd on a training run. There's also great winner prizes for those of you that are fast, and plenty of raffle prizes for the rest of us.

    200 mile relay August 10-11. Grand Rapids, MI to Cadillac, MI and back again. Slotted for 20 of those....eeek!

    I am signed up for The Glow Run 5k on August 18th, and I have my eye on the Corporate Cup 10k Run in downtown Omaha on September 16th, and the Council Bluffs (IA) Half Marathon on October 28th. :-)
