    Since we are all in the challenge together, please add me as a friend. Then it wil remind me and motivate me more. I am steady right now, so that is good. But need to get on it to get 30 off by date we are to be done.

    I weigh in on tuesdays. On the day I weigh in I will start a new thread for that day if there isn't one started already.

    I weigh in sundays. Maybe when the first person weighs we should have one titled #Week 1 Weigh In, then it doesnt matter when we weigh but for the first lot well have our answers together just posted through out the second week?

    I weigh in on Saturdays and this morning I'm down 1.6 going towards the challenge of loosing 30 by Oct. I'm still new to this site so I'm not sure how to start a new thread under this topic.

    How demotivating is this thread (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/129498-50-pounds-by-june-1st-challenge) where people still only have 6lb loss on their ticker over 2 years on? many didnt achieve their goal. Well, I guess its kinda motivating because I dont want to be that, I want to beat this challenge and more.

    For start weight, were we supposed to use the weight when we started out journey, or our start weight when this group started?

    I used the weight I am now, not my weight when I started trying to lose a year and a half ago. I weigh in on Friday mornings at the gym so I'll post after that what my weekly CW is. Should a new thread be started each week with progress??

    if i lose 1.5 lbs a week which i think is fair i should be down to 145 by october :):) !

    I lost another 3 more lbs this last week! If I continue to lose the weight like I have, I may be down 30 by August...and that's alright by me!! :happy:

    Well today was very disapponting, indeed! I have been doing the deal but took one day off for the 4th and appearantly that was enough to gain 3lbs back! I am very frustrated! :grumble: Not giving up though... I can and WILL do this!

    up 2 lbs... I have been very good too. I'm not panicking. I feel good and my measurements are decreasing. I am sure it is water weight and that "this too, shall pass". I can still do this! :ohwell:

    Stared 06/19/2012, only down 2lb in 1 month. Not good, but I will continue. I have been at the gym quite a bit, so fingers crossed. :)

    Oh wow. I just got serious about MFP despite being a member since May. I have quite a bit of weight to lose so I'm starting with small goals. I had decided that losing 10% of my body weight was going to be my first goal. I stumbled across this group immediately after that. It must be the universe telling me that I'm on the right track!

    Starting Weight: 311#
    Current Weight: 311#
    Goal Weight: 145#

    WEIGHT AT THE END OF THIS CHALLENGE WILL BE: 281# :tongue: That is so exciting!
