Day 3: Stuggling

My entire core area is sooooo SORE ... I'm really stuggling through these exercises 2day, but I refuse to be defeated. I can already tell that 2days challenge probably won't be done in one sitting :-\ ... BUT it will get done....Will update whn finished!!!

It was a real struggle for me as well. I wasn't able to improve my number on a few of the exercises. I started to cough today and it HURT so bad. Day 3 and I can feel the difference already... There is firmness under the fat I can't remember ever feeling before. It will be worth the tears in the end.
In-N-Outs: 12
Bicycles: 17
Reverse Bicycles: 17
Crunchy Frog: 17
Cross-Leg/Wide Leg Sit-Ups: 12/each side
Scissors: 12
Hip Butt Ups: 25
Heels to the Heavens: 12
Roll-Up V-Ups: 11
Leg Climbers: 9/each leg
Kayakers: 320 -
Ok.... I think I am done for the day... I made it through the 1st 6exercises...

I can definitely feel theses exercises working.... I couldn't get through all of them today...I'm hurting too bad :-\0
