Has anyone set any goals for the month of July?

I want to lose 5lbs,

Drink more water,

Move more

    I just joined a gym and my goal is to do 3 classes per week (Pilaties/Zumba/Aerobics/Yoga) and weight training and treadmill 2 days per week. Weight loss goal is -8lbs.

    I weigh in tomorrow so we'll see if I met my goal of losing 10lbs. My goal for every month is to lose 8-10lbs.

    So...goals for this month:
    learn how to cook REAL broccoli and green beans instead of buying frozen or canned crap.
    keep up my intake of 12+ glasses of water

    Mine are pretty simple. Travel and pig out on holiday goodies. Might I add, WITHOUT all the guilt!

    I plan on doing 30 minutes of activity a day, stay on my caloric plan of 1500. I plan to get to project weight of 192 by middle of month. My reward will be a chicken fried steak dinner, the best at Butcher Boys.

    Great idea to set goals each month! Mine are pretty straighforward:

    * Lose 6-8lbs
    * Go to at least two fitness classes a week (Kettlebells and Boxing...two of my faves)
    * Get into walking more, and go walking twice a week for at least an hour each time

    And just keep on eating right and drinking lots of water. Here's to a great month!

    Mines is to lose at least 8 pounds and complete my zumba 31 day challenge. I hope am able to meet my goal for the month.

    Get under 200, take up residence in Onederland.... Do something for exercise every single day even if only for 30 minutes.:tongue:

    Honestly, fresh green beans and broccoli are even easier than frozen!
