    How did the Beast go for you guys ? My friends who did it were just flattened by it but so happy they finished!

    It was so intense!!! My legs are still in so much pain. I really dont know how I got up the mountain the last time. Bar none the hardest thing i've ever done and i've been through Army Basic training. I'd do it again though.

    Loved it... My legs are still in pain. I will never see St Marie the same way ever!!

    oh lord no, i barely survived the Sprint *L* Someday though :) We'll see how my training and strength is going for next year!

    Good job on all of you not only doing the race but finishing it!

    Yep I didnt do anything till a run on Thursday. Back to training!
