The Rules…sort of
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is designed to be done for 30 days in a row for 20 minutes a day. Some of us will be doing the Shred every day. Some of us will be doing the Shred on days that we are not doing our regular workout routine. Either way, the purpose of this group is to support each other and get the maximum results in 30 days!!
I think the best way to see if the Shred is working is for all of us to post our starting weight and measurements. And then we will update our weight and measurements every Sunday.
If you are daring enough, we could also post before and after picks!
So here is what you need to post….
Starting Weight (at beginning of shred):
Current Weight:
Measurements: (whatever you normally track)
GOOD LUCK!!
WE CAN DO THIS!!

WELCOME! Good for you getting back at it after the baby.. I had to wait three months after having my son, then it was thanksgiving then Christmas so I ended up starting in January 2011 after having my son in August 2010.. Good for you!0 -
I have done the 30 DS before as well. Although I only stuck with it for about 2 months and not actually working out every day, but I had lost 8.5lbs and noticed such a big difference on my stomach.
I'm so excited that someone started this group because I was wanting to start doing the workout again on Monday....it's Friday! So pumped to start again and this time with tons of support!
I don't have any current measurements. I'll get my sis to measure me tomorrow and post them later.0 -

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy!! Good for you for being motivated to get back in shape. I know that I wasn't ready at 6 weeks! But your body will let you know if you are pushing it too hard. I am amazed that you are able to fit this in with all of the sleep deprivation. What an accomplishment!0 -
